The studio is located in the courtyard of the Masseria where the animals used to stay. The latter is characterized by a large courtyard with a gazebo where you can sunbathe in peace or have a dinner. The studio is spacious with a kitchenette and services. It has a large courtyard with a gazebo and a wood-burning oven for the exclusive use of guests.

The characteristic contrada to which the structure belongs is rich in history with numerous sites of archaeological interest. The farm is located a short distance from the stop "Capece" of the "railways of the south east".
