Spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom flat in fun and fashionable "Beach" Chelsea. You are on the door steps of London's famous attractions, areas and places to visit. Although there is no real beach it feels like there should be, hence the nickname devised (allegedly) by dreamy local estate agents.
Urban charm, character and fun in fashionable Chelsea. You are on the door steps of London's famous attractions, areas and places to visit.
Stylish 2 bedroom flat entered on the 1st floor and split over the 2nd and mezzanine floors. Master bedroom has a Super King sized super comfortable bed, and the second bedroom has a great double bed with 4 large storage draws underneath.
There is a small independent restaurant on the ground floor which you will most definitely enjoy. This is a vibrant street with clusters of great small restaurants, galleries and shops, whilst the flat itself is very quiet.
All our bed linens and towels are professionally cleaned.
Easy connections around London by buses and tube from Earls Court, Gloucester Road and South Kensington stations, which are between 8 and 15 minutes walk away. Several good bus stops are within 2-3 min walk.
We regret not to be able to accept guests with very small children requiring buggies as there is no extra space for buggies in a hallway and getting those upstairs is not very practical (house trained buggy free children are welcome).
Our check in and out hours are flexible unless next guests are arriving the same day, in which case we request to observe the 'standard' hours of 11am and 2pm for departures and arrivals respectively. We always try to accommodate 'keeping luggage for later' requests when possible. Stylish 2 bedroom flat entered on the 1st floor and split over the 2nd and mezzanine floors. Chelsea and Westminster Hospital is a five minute walk
You have some of the best Chelsea restaurants very close to you and all the convenience of local shops, bookshops, fine wine merchants, butchers, bakers and candle stick holder sellers!
Busses are the best for local area hopping, but you are a fairly short walk to South Ken for museums, Piccadilly and District Lines etc

The flat was just as described. Very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The location was wonderful and in a beautiful neighborhood. Tons of restaurants.
Spent three fantastic weeks in Chelsea at this flat which proved to be a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. Clean, comfortable and convenient with all the amenities one could possibly require. Appreciated the welcome given to us by Olga when we arrived and her recommendations of places and restaurants made for some great meals and memories. Thank you, Olga!
We stayed in the apartment for 10 days for the Xmas holidays. The flat checked all of the boxes. Perfect location, nice neighborhood with shops, pubs , bakery , butcher ( if you want to cook a meal , which we did) small boutiques and easy transportation options. Olga was very helpful and responsive. Hope to be back for a longer stay!
This flat is perfectly situated in a lovely neighborhood full of great restaurants and grocery stores. You can easily walk to the tube or if you prefer you can walk to the many London attractions nearby.
Olga is a great host and the flat is exactly as shown. I stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed myself.
Olga has created a super comfortable holiday home. Just far enough out of the centre of London but on a very frequent bus route 3 minutes walk away which connects to the underground 10mins away or a short walk. We loved it. Plus Olga left us with lots of the basics, food wise, to cater for ourselves for the week.
Apartment had all we needed and was as advertised except for dryer-only drying racks. Apartment was quiet. Good grocery and restaurant options super close. Easy to hop on bus to nearby SouthKensington underground. Great communication with Olga who was there to greet us.
What could be better: Queen bed was very firm. Pillows thin for my preference. Kitchen and master bedroom windows were not able to be opened which made it very uncomfortable for the couple of hot nights with no A/C.
Olga's flat in Chelsea was really wonderful. We needed two rooms for 3 adults and each room was a complete room with a comfortable bed- not a pull out couch. The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked frequently. We were given a clean and change of linens, towels half way through out stay with no additional charge. We enjoyed our Netlix from a large TV in the spacious living room.
The neighborhood is great. We walked all over or easily took buses or trains to get to everything in London. One block to grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, everything we needed to actually live in London, not just a quick tourist stop. It is not in the center of a tourist area but very easy to get to all the sights and then back to a quieter and safe area.
We were able to join a great gym which was 0.7 miles (Chelsea Sports Club) for $85 per month- weights, fitness classes, yoga, large pool, cardio equipment. That gym also offers day passes.
The flat is above a restaurant but we found it usually quiet, even with the windows open. Weekend evenings were occ noisy but the primary bedroom is away from the street. Olga, the host was so amazing with communication and handling anything that came up. Highly recommend.
Great Location; Super Clean Apartment; Owner was Great
This is a great apartment in a very nice area of London. The apartment was super, super clean. Olga was very responsive to our questions. We were met by her friend who showed us around the apartment. She left goodies to eat which was so nice and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here. There are 3 flights of steps so just be aware of that if you have mobility issues.
Olga was always very prompt with her replies, the check in was efficient with everything explained nicely. She left milk, orange juice, muffins etc for our early arrival and was very accommodating of an early check in and offered to store our luggage on move out day. There were plenty of towels for our 2 week stay and kitchen and bathroom essentials. The main bed is huge and very comfy and plenty of cupboard space and clothes hangers. The other bedroom is smaller but quite adequate. The flat is very conveniently situated 10 seconds from Fulham rd and 5 mins to Kings rd. There are easy bus and tube links close by. There are 2 small supermarkets 3 mins away and plenty of restaurants all around. Quite a few flights of stairs if you have mobility issues but no problem if you don't. The flat was very bright and airy plus there were 2 good fans for the warm nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Olga and were sorry to leave.

Great Location & Great Space...
My family and I had a wonderful time in Chelsea making this our home for the holidays. Olga was very helpful and accommodating with some initial changes to the booking and some maintenance needs that popped up during our stay. For the cost and location this is a very comfortable and affordable place. I would not hesitate in returning especially now knowing more about the neighborhood which has many great eating options and buses right around the corner. Some older people may have issues with the stairs but my 67yr old mother found it not a real issue. We really did make it home and made some good memories there. Thank you!

Wonderful Experience
This was an outstanding trip in all respects. My wife and I have stayed in the Fulham Road area in our last five or six trips to London and Olga's flat was the best location, from the proximity to restaurants and transportation, and the quietness of the flat even though it is only a half block from the busy Fulham Road. Even before we arrived in London, Olga was great in responding quickly to our questions and made it possible for us to have an early check-in at the flat which was very helpful after a long international flight. The flat was very comfortable and well furnished with all the kitchen items needed for our four week stay. The photos of the flat are accurate and we will strongly consider staying here on our next trip to London.

Excellent flat, great location
The flat was clean and bright with all the amenities. The location was perfect--close to bus stops, restaurants, M&S and Sainsbury's, etc. Ms. Orr was attentive when we needed her to be; otherwise she didn't bother us. I would highly recommend this flat and Ms. Orr, with one small caveat. The flat would not be suitable for someone who has mobility issues. Otherwise, perfect.

Great place for a longish stay.
We stayed here for two months and were very comfortable. Best thing about the property is the convenient Chelsea location and the super owner/manager. For example, the toaster died and Olga replaced it the next day. Convenient bus stops are nearby and it is easy to get anywhere in the area. If you enjoy walking, even SOHO is only a little over an hours trek, which is not much slower than the bus. The kitchen is quite new and fully equipped including washer dryer. Internet service is good enough for high definition video with the modem router accessible. The bathroom is half a flight below this second floor flat, but wasn't a problem for us. If you are visiting during the heating season, the central heat must be manually turned on/off, there is no thermostat. However, there was plenty of hot water for the tub shower.
