House features 2400 sq. feet, lower party deck to relax and enjoy the views with a breeze and plenty of shade. Enjoy both the sunrise and sunset from this home located in a quieter part of the beach. Features handicap accessible bedroom and bathroom. Three bedrooms plus roomy loft, 2 baths and outside shower. Loft has traditional stairs and has 5 twin beds--great place for the kids to sleep and hang out. Large middle deck with picnic tables. Central air/heat, dishwasher, microwave, regular drip coffee maker, washer/dryer. Direct TV in all rooms.

Small dogs welcome with a fee. Cargo lift is NOT available for guest use. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Bonita Vista

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We visit the peninsula 3-5 times a year.. we have stayed in several beach houses on the beach and on the Bay.. the location and the views of Bonita Vista were magnificent!! Literally 10 feet from the beach!! The home does need some serious TLC.. a deep clean, there was a strong smell of mold in the master bedroom.. we could not use it.. but overall we were happy and would stay again.

Complete Mix Up

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our beach house rental was mistakenly given to another family. We had 2 options, cancel our rental or stay at theirs. Management could have cared less, maintenance guy was frantically trying to sort out mix up. At check out I explained AGAIN what happened and I was promised a call from management.... still waiting.
