Fabulous 3 bed spacious villa, perfect for family holidays.



Casa Sequana is a lovely comfortable 3 bed villa (2 en suite) suitable for family holidays for up to 6 adults and 1 baby (in a cot). The villa is set on a single level and consists of a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining room, 2 double bedrooms (each en suite), one twin bedroom and a communal bathroom. Off the kitchen is a drying area and separate cupboard housing the washing machine There is pool heating available and air con. There is a roof terrace with lovely views of the local area. There are ample sun beds and permanent seating next to the bbq.



The driveway can accommodate several cars.



Located in the quiet, mature, residential area of Areias dos Moinhos, this villa is approx 15 minutes walk away from the hive of activities in Carvoeiro itself.



Also within approx 10 mins drive are 3 top 18 hole championship golf courses, plus the 9 hole of Vale do Milho a water park - Slide and Splash, and the town of Lagoa with its daily market and shops. A little further away (approx 20 mins drive) is Zoomarine, where one can swim with dolphins. There are many beaches in the area - the nearest being in Carvoeiro - about 15-20 minutes to the The Square and the beach. There are many restaurants and bars within 15 minutes walk.

A very nice villa perfect for just the two of us. The only issue was the privacy from the villa next door. there back door or kitchen window looked over our swimming pool

Great villa! Well equipped wuth everything you could possibly want/need. Clean and well keeper. The pool was great and cleaned throughout our stay. The walk into town was quite long around 20 to 25mins but easy to get ubertaxi to get around so not really a issue. We had a lovely family holiday. Thank you so much elite rentals!!

Horrible sewage smells that they try to cover up with air diffusers so the smell of the place reeks! This place is putrid!

Thank you for your review. It is interesting that previous guests did not find the smell and you refused to meet us at the house when we told you that we checked the house and found everything to be normal. You demanded a refund even though there was nothing wrong and would not discuss the matter. Still there is no smell and we have checked every day since you left.

Third visit to lovely villa

The villa is well setup with plenty of space for 6 people. Pool is lovely. Elite rentals were so helpful in advance and during our stay. Comfortable beds. Relaxing living space. It’s our third visit to this villa and we would say now it would really benefit from some tlc. When we arrived the villa was quite stuffy as if it had been vacant before us. Some of the kitchen items were dirty so we had to wash or put in the dishwasher, it might just be that they hadn’t been used recently. Pool towels were missing on arrival but Jorge quickly arranged for some to be delivered. Pool loungers are quite tired now and not as comfy. Kitchen is quite tired and the oven got very hot (on low setting) we were a little worried using it.

Nice villa and good location outweighed by drainage issue

The villa was clean and well-equipped, eg beach towels provided. Self check-in was easy and the agent responded very quickly to our queries. It's about 20 minutes walk into Carvoeiro where there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from, and another 10 minutes further to the beach. We have given a 3-star rating because there was an issue with the drains during our 10 day stay at the villa. On three occasions the sewage smell coming from the second bedroom ensuite was so bad it was impossible to use that room. We reported the issue to Elite Management, who responded immediately. A team arrived the next day to clear tree roots from the drains. Unfortunately, the smell returned briefly a couple of days later, but not again while we were there. We hope this issue has been resolved, as it does impact very badly on the quality of the villa.

Very nice villa, very clean and maid service half way through our stay. Communication with Elite Management very prompt. We had no problems & enjoyed our stay. Distance to town is a good 15 min walk, 20 mins if going down to the centre/beach, not an issue for us but maybe for some people. Plenty of lovely restaurants/cafes within the 15 mins walk. Resort seemed suitable for all ages, I would imagine it gets very busy during the main summer school holidays.

Great option for Carvoeiro

Lovely villa with plenty of space and great pool. Yes it’s a bit of a walk into town but once you’ve found your route it’s easy and you always have the option of a €5 taxi home. Bedrooms are homely and very comfortable. Kitchen is a bit tired and could do with an upgrade but otherwise the villa is perfect for relaxation and comfort.

Parfait !

Un séjour parfait dans cette maison. Elle est parfaitement équipé. Il ne manque absolument rien. Je recommande cette maison pour des familles avec enfants. La piscine est protégée par une barrière que nous pouvons mettre si enfants présents. L'agence est très réactive au moins problème. La situation géographique est idéale.
