Stunning property. Very good facilities. Lovely pool.

The property was to a very high standard. The pool was a perfect size for our family and we enjoyed sun bathing and dipping in the pool. The owners provided us with lovely homemade and home grown produce. They also topped it up during the week. They checked on us regularly but were not intrusive. We had a lovely relaxing holiday in Crete.

.The Sunrise Residence perfectly combines the tranquility of the countryside with dives in the crystal clear waters of the Libyan Sea. It is located very close to the exotic beaches of southern Rethymno Plakias, Damnoni, Souda, Schinaria, Ammoudi, Ammoudaki and Lake Preveli. Gastronomic tastes of Cretan cuisine will be enjoyed in Plakias and the surrounding villages. For drinks and evening excursions Plakias is once again the ideal destination.
For holidaymakers looking for activities and sports even on their holidays, the area is suitable for hiking in the two gorges of the Kourtaliotiko and Kotsifos area, water sports, horseback riding, etc. The Preveli Monastery is another popular destination full of history!
