The "Casa dei Tati" is a small studio built in the spring of 2017. Very bright environment with simple furnishings, shabby chic style. Located on the first floor, it has a room with a double sofa bed and a single sofa. Excellent for a single couple. Tv and bathroom with shower. The built-in kitchen is located on the large covered terrace. Available exclusively for guests, induction hob, microwave and refrigerator. On the ground floor, a 200 m2 garden with natural grass carpet, gazebo corner and B. B.Q in masonry are available for guests.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ausreichend für 2 Erwachsene. Die Lage ist gut (ca. 5 Minuten zum Strand, ca. 10 Min. in den Ort). Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war perfekt und schnell. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen (wenn nicht gerade ein paar andere Urlauber es übertreiben oder in nahegelegenen Hotel eine Feier ist, da war aber jeweils gegen 22Uhr Ruhe). Die Wohnung hat keine Klimaanlage. Das war aber bei uns kein Problem, da sie trotz der 30Grad Außentemperatur nicht zu heiß wurde und abends mit etwas Luftzug sehr angenehme Schlaftemperatur hatte. Wer nicht nur am Strand liegen möchte, sollte sich ein Auto mieten. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten liegen doch recht weit auseinander. In Summe können wir die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und bedanken uns sehr dafür, dass wir Lauras Gäste sein durften.

Klein aber fein und perfekt gelegen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Dieser Sohn der Vermieterin hat uns sogar vom Busbahnhof abgeholt, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben :) es war immer jemand ansprechbar und es wurde sich sehr um uns gekümmert. Alles in allem sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekte Lage zwischen Traum-Strand und der hübschen Stadt mit leckeren Restaurants. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

Hervorragend.

Saubere Wohnung. Die Lage ist gut. Man kommt mit einem kurzen Fußweg schnell in die Stadt oder zum Strand. Die Wohnung bietet ein sehr angenehmes Klima. Eine Klimaanlage oder ein Ventilator wird nicht benötigt.
