Villa Sevi Grande is a classy villa, finished to the highest standard and perfectly located. Sleeping up to 10/12 guests in carefully restored interiors full of traditional charme, this villa is a truly perfect holiday home close to the best beaches of Crete (such as Balos and Falasarna). Surrounded by extensive gardens with flowers, provided with a huge swimming pool (10m x 6m), blessed by glorious views over the sea and the surrounding countryside, Villa Sevi Grande has been designed to impress.

Inside the villa is set over 2 floors for a total of 200sqm. There are 5 bedrooms in total (with 2 extra sofa beds, for a total of 12 guests maximim) as well as 4 bathrooms and large common areas. All the interiors are air-conditioned (included in the price), spotlessy clean and beautifully mantained by the friendly owners.

The outdoor areas have been designed to enjoy most of the glorious Cretan sunshine. Enjoy a delicious meal charcoal-grilled on the brick-built barbecue, or enjoy a refreshing dip in the large private pool, or just relax with a book under the shade pampered by the gentle breeze. Villa Sevi Grande will amaze you!

The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, welcome pack, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.

Distances: Nearest beach (Nopigia) 3km away, supermarkets (Kolymbari) 3km away, Chania (airport) 25km away, the best beaches of Crete (Falasarna, Balos, Kolymbari, Platanias) are all within 25 km from the villa.
