If you are looking for countryside, sun, calm, relaxation, hiking, etc ... all in a new contemporary villa and very comfortable ... with a breathtaking view of the surrounding pine hills ... so welcome home. This villa is part of our cottages "Le clos Joséphine".
In a hamlet, This new villa of 120M2, offers you a large room of life of 55 M2, with a modern and convivial kitchen, with its 360 ° view on the hills. The room of life communicates with the 45m2 of terrace which overlooks the swimming pool of 12x 4 M and 1. 45m of depth.
South / West facing. Very bright and sunny. Once you get back to the property ... you're in a cocoon. Your privacy is preserved.
1 parental suite with bed 160 cm which can be broken down into 2 beds of 80 x 200 cm, its dressing room and bathroom / wc privative.(With large Italian shower)
2 bedrooms with beds 160 x 200 cm and a closed sleeping area with bunk bed including a bed 140 cm x 200 and above a bed 90 x 200 cm.
2nd bathroom with large Italian shower
2nd separate toilet.
Next to the pool a large pool house of 30m2 with sink, fridge and bar. In the shade !
The back of the house is on the ground floor to unload luggage and shopping.
Access to the pool by the terrace and the stairs.
Terrace protected by a wrought iron gate and gate that closes to protect children or animals.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, was die Realität dieses Hauses angeht. Es sind sehr gute Fotos auf der Website. In Original sieht alles etwas anders aus. Die Besitzerin ist sehr bemüht, aber auch sehr überzeugt von ihrem Haus, so dass die objektivität fehlt. Alles in allem, wir würden nicht mehr in dieses Haus gehen.

Vielen Dank für diesen netten Kommentar ... ich mache natürlich nur Witze ... aus Dankbarkeit für den Schaden, den Ihre Kinder meinem Haus zugefügt haben (mehrere Stöße in der Wand eines Flurs haben große Spuren hinterlassen) ... Ich habe nicht Ich sage Ihnen nichts, was Sie für diesen Schaden bezahlen lässt. Ich habe auch nach diesem Schaden auch keinen schlechten Kommentar über Sie abgegeben. Außerdem denke ich, dass Sie diesen völlig unbegründeten schlechten Kommentar abgegeben haben, weil Sie dachten, ich würde Ihnen gegenüber sehr negativ reagieren in Bezug auf den verursachten Schaden. Wie kann man sagen, dass das Haus nicht den Fotos entspricht, wenn das Haus neu ist? Meine Freundlichkeit, den verursachten Schaden nicht gemeldet zu haben, wird nur durch Ihre Bösgläubigkeit übertroffen, die Sie nicht ehrt. Glücklicherweise widersprechen alle anderen Anmerkungen Ihrem Kommentar. Merci pour ce gentil commentaire... je plaisante bien sûr ... en remerciement des dégats qu'ont occasionnés vos enfants chez moi ( plusieurs coups dans le mur d'un couloir ayant occasionné de grosses marques)... Je ne vous ai rien fait payer pour ces dégats.. et n'ai pas mis non plus de mauvais commentaire sur vous suite à ces dégats.. Aussi, je pense que vous avez mis ce mauvais commentaire totalement infondé, en pensant que j'allais être très négative envers vous par rapport aux dégats occasionnés. Comment pouvez vous dire que la maison ne correspond pas aux photos alors que la maison est récente ? Schöner Urlaub in ruhiger, natürlicher Lage, für sportliche Radfahrer sehr einladend

Haus und Grundstück sind top, für Sonnenanbeter und kleine wie große Pool-Freunde wirklich zu empfehlen. Auch landschaftlich ist die Lage sehr schön, es ist sehr ruhig, quasi kein Autoverkehr und auch zum Wandern lädt die Umgebung ein, zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen muss man aber schon etwas weiter fahren, je nach Fitness ist man dabei auch auf das Auto angewiesen, es ist schon sehr bergig dort, also nichts für untrainierte Radfahrer. Für sportliche Radfahrer gibt es nur 20 Kilometer entfernt den Mont Ventoux, der sich bei entsprechender Fitness definitiv als sportliche Herausforderung lohnt.

L’accueil de notre hôte a été excellent, bienveillant. L’ambiance de la maison est vraiment très agréable : son aménagement, sa luminosité, sa vue dégagée. La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée. Un sans faute ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location .

Wunderschönes und modernes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Bilder lügen nicht, alles ist sehr modern, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet (wo findet man schon eine Ferienwohnung mit elektrischen Rolläden, Waschmaschine, Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine etc.). Der Garten ist wunderschön. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut, so dass wir den Pool nur einmal nutzen konnten aber bei gutem Wetter ist der Garten mit den zahlreichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ein Traum. Das Haus liegt in dem kleinen Ort Propiac. Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, das man in einer sehr ruhigen und etwas abgelegenen Gegend ist, wir fanden es toll. Es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Zum einkaufen und wenn man Essen gehen möchte muss man aber eben immer mit dem Wagen losfahren.

Außergewöhnliche Ferien

Dieses Haus ist nur zu empfehlen! Der Kontakt mit Sylvie war überaus unkompliziert und sehr freundlich; bei Fragen war sie stets erreichbar und sofort um eine Lösung bemüht. Im Haus ist Alles, was so gebraucht wird und der Pool ist einfach ein Traum. Wir hatten natürlich auch Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass auch bei 19 Grad Wassertemperatur ein Schwimmen möglich war. Wir waren mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Male hier!
