Apartment 500m from the Sandy Sea
The apartment is on the first floor of a summer residence located 500 m from the sandy sea, in a quiet environment and in the center of the town.
Comfortably furnished, it consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Bed linen and towels are available on request. The air conditioner is in the center of the house and available on request. A second shower is outside. A large terrace with outdoor table and chairs overlooks the street.
The parking space is in front of the entrance door.
In the marina there are also shops, bars, restaurants, bus stop 50m from the house and a small marina for renting or parking boats.
Pets are not accepted.
