Lovely apartment, located few kilometers from Poreč, in a relaxing area with tennis court and swimming pool available for guests.

The apartment is modern, very bright and peaceful. It consists of two spacious rooms: one with 2 single beds and the other with 1 double bed; bathroom with shower and washing machine; fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) and a flat screen TV and air conditioning. There is also a large terrace where you can eat and enjoy the beautiful sea view.
You can park your car comfortably in the front of the main entrance.

The neighborhood is very quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment is a lovely family vacation.
The beach is just 4 km from the Residence (Materada and Lanterna) and beautiful Plava Lagoon and Zelena Lagoon are just 10 km away, where you can find different types of sports and fun activities.

wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung lag in einer gepflegten Umgebung. Sie war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht.(Kaffeemaschine fehlte) Die Zimmer waren sehr gut, sodass man mit vier Leuten gut zurecht kam.Tennisplatz und Pool waren super, obwohl ich mir am Pool ein paar Liegen und Schirme gewünscht hätte. Wir als Familie würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Perfect for families

My family and I had a great time in Gedici. We travelled with our two young children and it was perfect for us. They loved the pool and we were very close to Porec. The apartment was incredibly well equipped and spacious. Patrizia was really helpful during our stay and before. I would really recommend it

Tolle Wohnung die alles hat was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Schöner Pool zum abkühlen. Sogar dicke Matten für den steinigen Strand lagen parat. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Vermieterin.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia per trascorrere una bellissima vacanza in Croazia. Appartamento con pisizione strategica per raggiungere i posti piu' belli dell'Istra. Sito in un contesto bellissimo con piscina e campo da tennis. Nelle vicinanze si trovano accesi per bellissime passeggiate a piedi o con la bicicletta. A due passi troverete le stupende spiagge di Parenzo e dei paesi limitrofi. Appartamento molto curato e ben tenuto ! Ho gia' prenotato per ritornarci. Top!
