1 bedroom apartment with capacity for 4 people, comfortable, large and with plenty of natural light.
It consists of a bedroom with double bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious balcony where the sun shines brightly in the morning. With Air Conditioning option.
The apartment is inserted in gated community, with two beautiful swimming pools and a large garden. There is parking at the entrance of the Condominium.
It is close to restaurants, shops, and all services, but in a very quiet area.
It is a 3-minute walk from Rua da Oura (Strip), a street of bars and nightlife.
It is +/- 800 meters from Oura beach or Stª Eulália beach. There is a bus stop (city circuit) 200 meters away.
No need to drive to get around town.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Cleaning is not included.
In the monthly stays from 1 / October to 30 / April the price DOES NOT INCLUDE the water and electricity charges that are paid separately.

Relaxing stay in cozy apartment

Had a lovely stay in this apartment, very convenient to shops Aldi just across the road and good places to eat, nearer to the strip than the old town. Clean and very comfy. Had a few lovely meals at the Indian restaurant, great food and very reasonably priced

A week in the sun

Absolutely loved staying here. All the amenities you would need are available: right down to the beach umbrella. The location is perfect: all you need is very close by, however, the apartment is peaceful at night. The host, Arlene, was very friendly and we helpful. We felt very well taken of.care of of.

Quiet and convenient

This property is ideally located and even though it's on the busy Estrada de Sta Eulalia it's still quiet, even in both gardens by both pools! Very large bed in the bedroom and plenty of room in the living room even with the single sofa bed deployed, still lots of room. Great sized bathroom and a kitchen that had everything that I needed for my month long break. Arlene is a fantastic host and I do hope I get to stay the same time next year.

I would highly recommend this property as it was in a great location close to all amenities. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. The pool area was extremely well maintained and a very relaxing space. Arlene, the property owner, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. 30 day stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Arlene's apartment. We arrived in late April and stayed for 30 nights so we really got to know the local area, the Algarve and inland to Beja and Monchique well.Arlene was very quick to respond and helpful on the couple of occasions that we reached out to her.The apartment was in excelent condition and the bathroom had just been renovated. (Very nice!)The kitchen had everythig that we needed.Groceries were easily available across the road at the Aldi Groccery chain, plus there was a local convenience store across the road.There is a three level store 5 minutes walk from the apartment called "The Fantastic Chinese store" which has litterlay everything except food.There are approximately 30 restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the apartment so we were spoilt for choice.There are also three beaches within a 15 minute walk of the apartment and 9 within a 20 minute drive.I have seen many debates about the issue of noise from traffic etc in Albufeira. Our honest assessment is that there are very few places that you can stay in Albufeira where you are not going to hear traffic.....just like any other westernized city of the size of Albufeira. Albufeira is NOT a small quaint old town. It is a holiday destination for many thousands of tourists from Europe and beyond. If you are looking for quiter enviroments think of staying in one of the smaller Algarve towns.Many thanks for accomodationg us Arlene. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist serh zentral, Geschäfte und einige Strände kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche übrig. Die Gastgeberin ist zuverlässig, freundlich und ist bemüht die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen.

Très bien

L'appartement est très bien, grand et bien agencé. Les alentours avec restaurants et commerces proches. L'appartement se trouve au conflent de 2 voies d'accès très fréquentées mais une fois la fenêtre du balcon fermée plus de soucis...très bon accueil de la propriétaire et merci pour sa gentillesse...

Great location

This apartment is exactly as you see in the photos. It is in a nice, small quiet complex, yet close to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and medical clinic. Arlene gave us a very warm welcome and was most professional and helpful with our queries. It was great to have two swimming pools outside and we availed of the air conditioning.
