Vacation Home Alla Quercia - Peace and relaxation in the hills of Lucca

Spacious house on the hills north of the city of Lucca, 10km from the historic centre.
Equipped with a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the valley, Wi-Fi, parking and large garden.
Gazebo, barbecue and table with lighting for eating outdoors and under the stars.

The ideal place to enjoy the Tuscan landscape and regenerate.

Also excellent for visiting the most famous places in Tuscany: 35 minutes from the Versilia sea, 1h30' from Florence, and 45' from Pisa.

The swimming pool will be available from the first Saturday in June to the second Saturday in September.

Traumhaft!

Unser zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt war wunderschön! In den Hügeln von Lucca ist man fernab vom Stress und der Hitze der Stadt. Riccardo und seine Mutter sind tolle Gastgeber. Das Haus ist großzügig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Garten mit Pool mit einen tollen Ausblick auf die toskanische Landschaft einfach traumhaft. Wir sind nur sehr sehr schweren Herzens wieder abgereist. Dies lag nicht zuletzt auch an Riccardo und seiner Mutter. Beide sind sehr freundlich, immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die gekühlten Getränke und frischen Tomaten mit Basilikum aus Lauras Garten waren ein Genuss. Wir kommen wieder! Riccardo, grazie mille per la tua ospitalità e calore! Per favore, manda a tua madre tanti auguri da parte nostra, soprattutto da parte dei bambini!

Aufenthalt in Queria

Wir haben den Urlaub in den Bergen oberhalb von Torre genossen. Auf dem herrlichen Grundstück konnten wir den Urlaub in vollen Zügen, abseits des Trubels der Städte genießen. Ausflüge nach Pisa und Florenz sind genauso problemlos, wie Ausflüge an den Strand von Viareggio möglich. Wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gern wieder. Danke an Riccardo und seine Familie

Happy Holiday

The house was very clean and the grounds around it are really beautiful. We were able to relax and enjoy our time here during the two weeks. Our host Riccardo was very friendly and took care of us immediately if we had any concerns. The check in and check out worked well. The host's mother also lives on the premises and was very accommodating and hospitable. All in all we had a very nice holiday here and can highly recommend this house.

Perfect!

This is a very nice property up on a Tuscan hill with plenty of sunlight and great views. It is sparkling clean, the kitchen is well appointed and the space is very comfortable. It is part of other properties but very quiet. The host, Riccardo is friendly and helpful. We were only two but it can accommodate 8 persons. There is only one bathroom but it is nice and modern. In order to get to the house, you will come up a tiny, tiny winding road. Lucca is 25 minutes away and there are many little villages to visit nearby. If you are looking for a quiet place to visit Tuscany, this is perfect. Highly recommended.

Very nice house in the mountains with beautiful view

We had a wonderful 10 days at Riccardo's house. The view is very beautiful in the hills. We could enjoy the vacation very much and come back sometime.

Wonderful holidays in a wonderful house

We had two perfect weeks in this very special house with enough space for all of us (4 big sleeping rooms/7 adults). The house is very clean and very well equipped. The pool was very refreshing, nice view over the hills towards Lucca. Riccardo, his nice kids and his mother are very attentive and friendly hosts. We really can recommend to rent this house. Thank you!

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig!

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft mit allem, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub notwendig ist. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Top-Vermieter, der per Whatsapp erreichbar ist und auch Tipps für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ziele fernab der Touri-Trampelpfade gibt. Jederzeit wieder.

Sehr charmant, super sauber, absolut zu empfehlen

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Mit Google maps ist es überhaupt kein Problem, das Anwesen zu finden. Man kann bis direkt zum Haus fahren. Abseits vom Stadtlärm zwischen Olivenbäumen und Rosmarin liegt dieses Haus oberhalb von Lucca. Die Zufahrt von der Hauptstraße bis zum Haus dauert 10 Minuten. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Riccardo ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Seine Mutter wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück und schenkte uns einen riesigen Pannettone!! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, Gewürze, Mehl, Zucker, Öl, Essig usw bringt man selber mit. Alles in allem hatten wir (auch an Regentagen) eine schöne und erholsame Zeit in Querce und empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!

Parfait, très recommandé !

Nous avons passé une dizaines de jours dans la maison de Riccardo au mois d'octobre et nous avons pu réellement apprécier le calme de l'endroit, l'intérieur joliment décoré et à la propreté parfaite et la proximité de Lucca et des lieux touristiques de la région (même Florence se trouve seulement à un peu plus d'une heure de route). Sans compter que les forêts alentours se prêtent à de magnifiques balades et qu'elles regorgent de châtaignes à l'automne. Merci beaucoup Riccardo ! PS: Conseil pour les futurs locataires : La cuisine est très bien équipée (vaisselle, ustensiles, etc.) mais n'avait pas à notre arrivée les produits de base que l'on trouve parfois (sel, poivre, sucre, huile, vinaigre, etc.). Si vous ne pouvez pas venir équipés, le petit supermarché de San Martino in Freddana (15 minutes de route) offre tout le nécessaire et est ouvert jusqu'à 20h ainsi que le dimanche matin. Deuxième conseil : n'hésitez surtout pas à réserver la maison de Riccardo, vous ne le regretterez pas ! ;-)

Superbe séjour

En arrivant, nous avons découvert une maison encore mieux que sur les photos - vaste, bien agencée, fonctionnelle, très sympa. C’était un bonheur de remonter chaque soir la route sinueuse grimpant la colline pour rejoindre notre demeure perdue dans la nature. Riccardo et sa maman ont été très sympa - il nous a même acheté la baignoire pour bébé dont nous avions besoin. Quand à l’emplacement, on l’a aussi trouvé super. À la fois isolé et proche de Lucca (facile de faire les courses, etc). Bref, je recommande !

Urlaub mit herrlichen Ausblick

Mit unseren sieben Kindern hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es befindet sich auf einem Berg fernab von dem Touristenrummel, für uns als Familie war es der perfekte Ort zum Erholen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige Tipps zu Ausflügen und Einkäufen gegeben.

Erholung in den Hügeln von Lucca

Wir hatten 16 wunderschöne Tage in dem Ferienhaus von Riccardo. Dieses liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig am Berg und als letztes Haus am Weg. Oben eröffnet sich einem ein wunderbarer Blick in die hügelige Landschaft der Toskana. Wir haben es sehr genossen, wenn wir einen Tag unterwegs waren, den nächsten Tag wieder entspannt am Haus zu verbringen. Man hat im Haus und am Grundstück sehr viel Platz und der Pool war größer als gedacht (ca. 5-6 Meter Durchmesser). Das Badezimmer ist bereits im letzten Jahr neu renoviert worden (jetzt mit Dusche), von daher stimmen die Fotos im Internet nicht mehr. Ansonsten sieht wirklich alles so aus, wie auf Fewo-direkt beschrieben. Riccardo und seine Mutter Laura sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Als in der Nähe ein Feuer wütete, kam Riccardo immer wieder vorbei, um uns über die Lage zu unterrichten und den Pool zu reinigen. Laura hat meiner Familie bei einer Magen-Darm-Erkrankung mit Tee und ähnlichem ausgeholfen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Euch beide!! Wir würden gerne irgendwann wiederkommen! Prachtig huis in rustige omgeving

We hebben een super leuke vakantie gehad. Het huis is prachtig, mooi verzorgd, heel proper en echt alles is aanwezig. Het is heel erg rustig gelegen. Je moet een kleine 10 minuten rijden van de grote straat, om het huis te bereiken. Maar het zicht en de rust die je daarvoor in de plaats krijgt is dat helemaal waard! Wij hebben kinderen tussen 9 en 16, die zich allemaal prima geamuseerd hebben. Ook in het grote zwembad! Ricardo en zijn mama zijn super vriendelijk. We hebben genoten van de lekkere koffie en cava. De kinderen spreken nog van de lekkere watermeloen :) Het huis is ook perfect gelegen voor verschillende uitstappen in de buurt. Op een kleine 20 minuten ben je ook in het historisch centrum van Lucca, ideaal om s avonds een ijsje te gaan eten :) Een grote aanrader!

Lovely place for families

We had a great time here with our kids (3 and 6 years old), the garden is amazing, there are several places to sit, a huge pool and lots of space. We were welcomed with coffee and Prosecco and got strawberries and cherries from the garden several times. Riccardo and his Mum Maria have always been very kind and helpful during our visit. We highly recommend to stay here and enjoy the peaceful and quiet time and the view. They can also help with recommendations of any kind. Good to know: there are no food products in the house, so if you need, bring salt, sugar, oil… but also here Maria helped out. We definitely want to come back!

Sehr schön

Ein sehr schönes und gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und nett. Der Garten ist wunderschön mit einem wunderschönen herrlichen Ausblick. Im Garten kann man wunderbar entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. sehr viel Natur außenrum wurden jeden Morgen mit Vogelgezwitscher und der Sonne geweckt. Das Check-In und Check-Out dies alles problemlos und sehr entgegenkommend. Von der Lage das Haus erreicht man viele Orte die man sich angucken muss. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert egal ob für eine Familie oder eine Freundesgruppe oder als Pärchen.

Deux semaines au paradis!

Un accueil très gentil de Ricardo , une maison tout confort où il ne manque rien, la piscine en pisition panoramique bien agréable en ces jours caniculaires , des randonnées au départ de la propriété au milieu des cigales,le tout à 20 minutes de Lucca...plein d'endroits à visiter autour et surtout l'envie de savourer des moments paisibles sur la chaise longue dans ce paysage toscan magnifique ...que du bonheur!!un grand merci à Ricardo,sa maman Laura, ainsi que sa famille, voisins discrets et adorables.

Great countryside holiday

Superiore a qualsiasi aspettativa!

La casa è molto bella ed ottimamente posizionata, lontano da qualsiasi confusione, completamente immersa nella natura, la sera si sentono i grilli e - spegnendo le luci del giardino - le stelle sono così vicine che si potrebbe toccarle con la mano! Cercavamo un luogo per "disintossicarci" dalla città e lo abbiamo indubbiamente trovato! I padroni di casa sono stati gentilissimi e estremamente disponibili, persone cordiali che hanno anche saputo consigliarci bene in merito a cosa visitare nei dintorni o dove trovare i prodotti locali più genuini ed a buon mercato. La piscina è stata l'ideale sia per noi adulti che per i bambini, l'abbiamo sfruttata praticamente ogni giorno ed è più che sufficiente per rilassarsi nelle giornate di caldo afoso. La casa è circondata da colline coltivate ad ulivo e da filari di viti, nel giardino ci sono numerose piante da frutto ed all'orizzonte, tra le colline, si intravvede il mare in lontananza. Un posto semplicemente perfetto per chi cerchi un po' di pace ed al contempo desideri esplorare autonomamente una bellissima zona della Toscana. Ultimo dettaglio: dispone di un fantastico barbecue che abbiamo sfruttato diverse volte per delle grandiose grigliate! Torneremo, statene certi!

magnifique séjour

Nous remercions Riccardo qui nous acceuillit à bras ouverts. La propriété est juste magnifique,la maison est propre, confortable ,tout y est pour etre comme chez nous pendant notre séjour .Elle est parfaitement équipée. La piscine est très grande ,et très bien entretenu. Le jardin appel à la détente avec une vue magnifique. Merci à Riccardo pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité,il fait tout pour rendre notre séjour agréable.
