About this property

Villa Romantica is a beautiful location that is located a few steps from the Port of Portese.
The location has a private beach, a fully fenced garden to guarantee maximum privacy. Modern interiors and design make the villa even brighter. The structure is on three levels: the ground floor includes a large living area with kitchen, living room, a double bedroom, the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, an additional bathroom with shower and a beautiful covered balcony with sofas and armchairs lake and garden view.
The attic first floor has 2 bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds); however, given the ceiling is not very high, these rooms would be perfect for boys. On the first floor the bedrooms have a window and are equipped with air conditioning. They also have a private terrace, bathroom and living area.

There is also an underground floor with laundry area.

A carport is available in the villa.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

The cost for final cleaning is 200 euros to be paid in cash on arrival together with the tourist tax.
In the period from December 1 to March 1 the cost for heating is € 200 per week.

Samanta was terrific and the location of the property is great but the house is VERY tired!

Local rep (Samanta) was excellent. Location of property is also very good but the house itself is VERY tired and needs a lot of work.

Wunderschönes Haus am See

Das Haus mit seinem alten Flair ist wunderschön direkt am See mit eigenem Zugang gelegen. Man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Gardasee. Für 6 Personen war die Größe des Hauses mehr als ausreichend. Restaurants und der Hafen von Portese sind zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen. Samanta hat uns sehr liebevoll empfangen und uns sogar extra noch einen neuen Grill zu Verfügung gestellt. Leider riecht das Haus etwas alt und die Toiletten sollten im nächsten Jahr unbedingt gewechselt werden. Das hat aber den Urlaub nicht massiv beeinträchtigt. Wir hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Fantastic view and location

With family and friends we had a great time, enjoyed the view, the garden and the lake every day again. A small shop within 5 walking minutes makes it easy to pick up some essentials for breakfast etc.. The Manager Samata is extremly friendly and helpful. We can truely recommend spending vacation in this wonderful place.
