Fantastic Chalet, located in the Three Calas, l'Ametlla de Mar, 3 minutes from the beach, which together with its large private green space, together with the spacious community garden surrounding a huge pool and its palm tree in the middle.

Inside we find the chalet consisting of two floors, on the lower floor, there are two air conditioners installed, both for summer and winter, which together with its fire llar, will make you spend a holiday splendidly heated both in summer and winter .

On the first floor, we find a large living-dining room, with a 49-inch full-HD television, which will allow you to take full advantage of the facilities. We also found the kitchen, and two double rooms separated from each other. In addition on the first floor we find the bathroom, with a shower, toilet, and sink.

On the second floor, we will find a full bathroom and considerably large, and next to the two single rooms, will allow us to get the best of every moment in our facilities. On the top floor, we also find a large roof terrace that will allow you to sunbathe with maximum privacy.

All rooms are composed of beds / bedside tables, wardrobe, natural and artificial lighting.
