B1123 is one of our sound front condos located on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina. The unit is non-smoking and pet-free, located in the Pirate's Cove Resort. There are 3 Bedrooms, and 2 Baths (accommodating 10), with a turn-day of Sunday between Memorial Day and Labor Day. This condo grants access to the community pool, fitness center, and other amenities. There is no covered parking, but boat or jet ski trailer parking off-site can be found for a fee. Master bedroom with King bed and door leading to sound front covered deck with furniture. Other bedrooms include Queen bed, Pyramid Bunk (Double on bottom, Twin on top) with additional pull-out Trundle, and there is a Queen sleep sofa in living area. The condo comes with 4 TVs, high-speed WiFi, (2) bicycles, (2) beach chairs, covered deck with furniture, outdoor storage, outdoor shower, fishing rods, and tennis racquets. Property is located in building across street from fitness center and has a panoramic view of Roanoke Sound. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum.

OBX at Roanoke
The development is attractive and well-laid out, and it's very convenient to the beaches. The property could have stood some maintenance and upkeep (little things like light bulbs that were not working) but overall was a good place.
