Condo located at end of building offering great view of sound, canal and docks. Recently painted and new carpet installed. This building does not have an elevator, but condo is on the 1st floor. Master bedroom has Queen bed and door leading to covered deck with furniture. Alcove located off kitchen with bunk set, Full sleep sofa in living area. Amenities include 2 TVs, VCR, DVD player, compact stereo with CD player, WiFi, ceiling fans, outside shower, books, games, and videos. Bring your boat, as 25' dock space located at Buccaneer Canal #39 is reserved for this unit (plus you'll be able to see the boat from the condo!). Parking for 2 vehicles maximum. Covered parking directly under condo for 1 vehicle, boat or jet ski trailer. Additional off site trailer parking available for a fee.
