About this property
APARTMENT IN CORTINA CENTER
My accommodation is close to restaurants, great views, nightlife and family activities. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the light, the comfort of the bed and the kitchen. My accommodation is suitable for couples and families (with children). It also has a basic parking space in the center of Cortina. Available a ski room.
Recently it has been renovated so it has all new appliances. The ampezzano style of the furniture makes it very welcoming and comfortable.
We leave a lot of information for our guests, including: hooks with skimans and ski instructors, skating. Also for the summer, cycling enthusiasts can contact an expert on road and MTB routes, as well as contacts for technical assistance. In my absence, who will take care of the reception, will be available to guests for any information. Available a ski room.
energy costs are separate.
cost of 150 euros per week during the winter (winter and autumn) and 100 euros per week during the summer (summer and spring) In addition there will be a tourist tax (max 10 euros per person, not valid for children under 12 years) requested by the Municipality of Cortina.
If a late check-in is requested, the supplement is 50 euros.
For July and August priority is given to a minimum stay of 5 nights
During the Christmas period and the week of August 15, there may be waiting to find a parking space even if in private access.
