The apartment is about 76 square meters and opens onto the large garden of the structure overlooking Montepulciano and the valley around.
It consists of a large living area with fireplace and kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking (kettles, American coffee machine, mini-piner etc.) and also has a dishwasher and microwave.
The bathrooms are adjacent to the two bedrooms, one of these is furnished with small natural stone tiles and Deruta ceramics, in keeping with the painting on the walls. The rooms are both double and have an arch with paintings of everyday country life ...

The apartments are six in all and well equipped and have well equipped kitchens, with everything needed for cooking and with many very useful appliances: dishwasher, fridge + freezer, electric ovens and microwawe, kettles, American coffee machines, pots, pans , barbecue tools, silicone, satellite TV, sofas, free wifi etc ...
The washing machine is in the garage. Outside there are tables, ping pong, bicycles, swimming pool open from May to early October, quite large (15x7.5 meters), the water has always a fairly high temperature in summer (27 degrees C).
Two apartments have a double entrance to the garden, two are on the first floor, one is an annex also equipped for wheelchair users / disabled people. We are not far from the sea, golf courses and spas, the major cities can also be reached by train from Terontola or Chiusi, we are on the border between Umbria and Tuscany.
We sell wine and oil of our production, we offer seasonal vegetables and fruits, what we have from our countryside.
