French village home with private swimming pool Last of the summer dates!
Make the most of the summer with our new outdoor kitchen and bbq, relax in the comfy chairs and cook dinner in between a swim!
Located in a small french village close proximity to Ruffec (10 mins drive). Villefagnan has local amenities with a restaurant, bakery and bar all a short walk from the house.
The stone french house is kept quite original with various updates for comfort. The main bedroom is mezzanine style and features a new comfortable king size bed and there is a further double bed in this room for children as extras. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs features a double bed. Both rooms adjoin the upstairs bathroom with soaking claw foot tub, shower and toilet.
The garden enjoys a large space with a gas bbq and above ground pool. There is great outdoor dining and chairs available to soak up the summer weather. Enjoy the local wine and bbq in your private garden. Day trips to some of the Charentes prettiest villages are 15 mins from the house. This is a perfect getaway for families or for looking for your french home.
