VILLA EXCEPTIONAL VIEW WITH PRIVATE POOL FOR 6 PEOPLE - IDEAL FAMILIES
Quietly, with private pool completely redone, several terraces with stunning views of the mountains and olive groves. (The sunrise is a show by itself) - Perfectly equipped "as at home" decorated with taste, you will feel right at home! Oranges, coffee, tea, olive oil, ... Await you on your arrival to start your stay in peace. The villa is close to all amenities, beaches (2 kms), the village of Panormo which has retained all its authenticity and the beautiful city of Rethymno (fast access via the national 20 mns).
The house is independent and spacious (100 m2 approx) - living space Living room, dining room and kitchen is very cozy. Each room has a shower room with wc. Quality bed linen, toilets and beach towels are provided as well as the beach umbrella. Two mobile air conditioners allow to sleep cool during hot weather and are movable in the living room if necessary.

Niet doen.
De locatie was onjuist weergegeven door de verhuurder. Moeilijk vindbaar vooral 's-avonds laat in het donker.
De advertentie vermeld niet dat er 50 traptreden omhoog moet worden geklommen.
Alle matrassen van de slaapkamers bevatten bedwantsen.
(Bed bugs)
Achteraf werden argumenten verzonnen om de borg te kunnen innen.
The location was incorrectly displayed by the landlord. Difficult to find especially late the evening in the dark.
The ad does not mention that there are 50 steps to be climbed up.
All mattresses in the bedrooms contain bed bugs.
Afterwards arguments were invented in order to recover the deposit.

Ben a confondu piqure de moustiques avec punaise de lit ! j'ai fait changé immédiatement les matelas afin de le satisfaire. Au final, les dits matelas incriminés et conservés ne présentaient absolument aucune anomalie - Par contre, j'ai retrouvé ma villa dégradée avec de très nombreuses tâches d'huile sur les escaliers et les terrasses extérieures (photos à l'appui) - Deux professionnels m'ont confirmé que les taches sont indélébiles - Seule solution : changer les dalles ! Ben est le seul à se plaindre d'une villa très appréciée des nombreux touristes que j'accueille - je mets tout en œuvre pour que mes locataires se sentent bien - j'ai d'ailleurs prévu l'installation de deux climatiseurs mobiles pour les vacances 2020 - ils rafraichiront les chambres lors des fortes chaleurs et pourront être déplacés dans le salon pour la journée. A l'inverse, les locataires trouveront un poêle afin de pouvoir faire une "petite flambée" lors de soirées plus fraiches. J'ajouterai qu'il s'agit de ma maison de vacances que je loue et que j'ai à cœur de partager mon confort .

Merveilleuse villa
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette jolie villa avec une vue époustouflante sur les champs d'oliviers. Le logement est très bien équipé et sa piscine privée a ravie nos enfants! A notre arrivée une bonne huile d'olive et un petit raki nous attendaient.
Encore merci à Clarisse pour ces vacances inoubliables et ses précieux conseils!
