The property lists accommodations for 12-14 people, however, the living room is a 10x12 space and is not large enough for more than 6 -8 people. The living room has 1 couch and 2 chairs. Additionally, the kitchen, living, and dinIng area is small. The kitchen is well appointed. The parking barely allows for two cars, as we had two large SUV's and it was tight, such that we could not open doors to get out of the car while they were parked in their respective parking spots. Given the price, we did not feel the value was there and could have spent a little more for a more spacious house. The location to Breckenridge town and gondolas was exceptional.
The property was exactly like it’s described! The location is perfect! The views from the deck were AMAZING!!! If we go back to Breckenridge we will definitely stay there again!
The house was in a great location in town with very good proximity to the gondola. The back deck was a great place to hang out with a great view of the mountain.
Excellent location for a friends trip to Breck. Plenty of space to hang out and and find privacy while being a 5 minute walk to the gondola and a 1 minute walk to Main Street.
The house was awesome. Great location, very clean and the management company was very responsive. A place to hang for our adult kids as well as for us. Would definitely visit again.
We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was in great condition and it served our family well. Because of the keyless entry, we only used the garage entrance which is on the bottom level accessed from the alley. Thanks again for the great stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this house, which had a wonderful deck view of the mountains and was so conveniently located just one block off of Main Street and within walking distance of a number of great hiking trails. It was a great place for a family gathering.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home in Breckenridge. The home is very convenient to Main Street and the Gondola. The stained glass is beautiful. We had plenty of space for a group of 7. The home is well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy family time in the home after skiing.
My friends and I do an annual girls trip. We had a wonderful time! This property is beautiful, clean and spacious. It is walking distance to shops, bikes, and restaurants - right in the heart of everything!
