Very comfortable apartment with modern style and high quality standards. Marble floor, oak kitchen, with light color, projecting luminosity and black granite countertop natural.
It has air conditioning with heat pump

Excepcional en todos los aspectos.

Cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para hacerte sentir como en casa. Ideal para pasar de unos días a un mes de relax . La ubicación es magnífica y tranquila , tienes todos los servicios a 1 minuto en coche , cuenta con plaza de garaje. Perfectamente equipado, no echas de menos nada que puedas necesitar. Mobiliario y camas de alto comfort , todo lo imaginable en limpieza, menaje y artículos de cocina, ropa de cama ,toallas, manteles . Después de haber estado en infinidad de casas de alquiler esta es la única que nos ha sorprendido gratamente . Llena la nevera o disfruta de los múltiples restaurantes de la zona. Ubicación ideal para estar cerca de Estepona y Marbella evitando la masificación. Gracias Goyo por compartir tu casa y hacerla la nuestra, por tus recomendaciones de restauración,playas y horarios, por tu nivel de atención y servicio. Repetiremos sin duda.

A perfect stay

Very nice and very clean apartment with all you need to have a great vacation. Not far from great beaches, good shopping and nice restaurants. We didn't have to think about anything. All was there and ready for us. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time both in the apartment and by the beautiful pools. The place has a very nice garden and and great indoor garage. The owner payed us a visit to make sure that all was okay... Good style.. I would recommend this place anytime and I promise you all that you would not be disappointed. They deliver what they promise and then some. Thanks to Zane, Marisa and G.Fran.

Estamos "in love con esta casa"

No se puede pasar una semana de relax mejor que en este apartamento tan maravilloso, mil gracias a Goyo y a su mujer Marisa por su recibimiento y hacernos partícipe del encanto de su hogar como si fuera nuestro. Lo recomiendo 100 %, la urbanización y el apartamento son espectaculares, y la tranquilidad que íbamos buscando la disfrutamos al máximo, volveremos sin dudarlo, GRACIAS!!!!

Beautiful apartment in beautiful complex

We have just spent 12 nights in this apartment and it really is as good as it looks in the photos! We were met by the owners who showed us around & gave us all the key info that we needed about the area in general & also about the complex. The apartment was perfectly clean & everything looked brand new. It is really spacious and luxurious. The view from the terrace is directly over the swimming pools. A great spot for breakfast/lunch and also for evening drinks! There are sun loungers in the pool area but never any need to get up early to reserve your spot! The kids loved playing in the pools and garden areas and there were a few other children on site, various different nationalities, and all played happily together. It was still very peaceful. You do need a car but there are supermarkets and a couple of restaurants that are about a 20 minute walk away. Pepe’s beach club/restaurant is also worth a visit and again is about a 20 minute walk. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return again next year, perhaps for a little longer though, which really says it all!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this wonderful apartment. We will definitely come back and we can highly recommend this apartment to anybody who likes to enjoy a relax and comfortable holiday. What you see on the photos on the website is exactly what you get. Enclosed apartment in quiet area, well designed apartment complex with beautiful garden and nice swimming pool(2), underground car park, daily concierge, in the vicinity (10-15 min walk or 3 min by car) supermarkets, restaurants, bank, farmacy, etc. Very nice, lovely and spacious apartment (2 bedrooms) provided with all modern conveniences (AC all over, fans, 3 (smart) TV's, WiFi, 2 bathrooms). For sightseeing purposes car recommended. Marbella/Estepona are not far (15 min), the highway (several directions) just 5 min away. Finally, the owners are very nice and reliable people who try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A day after departure the deposit was already transferred to our bank account.
