Composed of an entrance with cupboard, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90, wardrobe, bathroom with Italian shower, large living room of 30 m2 with equipped kitchen and living room sofa bed, extended by a large terrace 15 m2 with table and deckchairs
Possibility to rent our furnished apartment by the week, by the month, the Weekend except June, July and August by the week

Comme un tableau vivant
Magnifique séjour passé à la Teste de Buch dans cette très belle résidence, calme, excellent accueil réservé par Sybille et Marie-France. L'appartement est joliment décoré, très lumineux avec sa grande baie vitrée, très bien équipé et pratique. Le paysage pittoresque que l'on peut admirer de la très jolie de la terrasse sur les cabanes typiques de la région, les pieds dans l'eau, est une vraie invitation à la détente! Comme dans un tableau vivant, et à proximité de tout! Nous recommandons vivement! Merci pour cette belle découverte et au plaisir de pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau.

On a passé un super weekend a Arcachon, merci a Sybille et son amie! L'appart est très chouette, bien équipé, dans un petit immeuble de trois étage, au calme, suffisamment éloigné des autres grands immeuble mais tellement proche du centre, du port etc..on se déplace partout en vélo, c'est est une super base pour explorer le coin. Nous n'y sommes restés que trois nuit, nous devons absolument y retourner, pour refaire des apéros sur la terrasse regardant l'eau monter. Pour faire court, on recommande les yeux fermés!

simply wonderful
We stayed in the studio for one week in Oct 2017. The view is simply magnificent. The balcony offers a superb view over the small bay and the waterway that leads to the port of La Teste. The port is also highly recommendable for buying and eating oysters and sea food.The studio is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen, microwave, oven and a full set of dishes and everythinng else that is needed for a convenient stay. It is very calm and as can be seen on the pictures the waterfront is really just a stone`s throw away. Sybille the owner is very friendly and uncomplicated and can be contacted just in case of whatever. We enjoyed our stay very very much and will definitely come back and hopefully soon.
