A comfortable town pad with a lovely river view.
Newly decorated 1 bedroomed apartment a few minutes from Peebles town centre and amenities and from lovely river walks.
Peebles is a bustling border town nestled in hills and with the river Tweed running through its centre.
Facilities in flat include 2 TVs, Netflix, large fridge freezer, large shower, bluetooth bathroom mirror, tea, coffee and a well equipped kitchen.
Relax and enjoy the local area, sample local homebaking in the many cafes nearby and good cooking in restaurants and hotels. Visit the art galleries, exhibitions, Eastgate theatre productions, great shops and local attractions in the area.
With a regular bus service into Edinburgh you can visit the Scotland's capital city in an hour and explore its beautiful sights.
There is a back garden for relaxing with a coffee or a drink . Swimming pool 2 mins walk away and there are many peaceful walks along the river banks and through the parks and up into the magnificent hills around the town . Dogs are allowed but there is a £10 per pet Stay Fee to be added at the time of booking, and It will be much appreciated hooveringup any dog hair in the apartment before departure.

Communication with Julie was good. The apartment was great, warm/cosy, comfortable bed with lots of amenities in the kitchen although we ate out mostly.Having the place to ourselves was ideal having brought our dog. The view from sitting at the table was lovely with it being right next to the river and also the walking paths. Would definitely use again, so much better than staying in a hotel.

This is a wonderful gem of a place to stay. My husband, dog and I stayed for 2 nights and we honestly could find no fault. Everything you could possibly need was provided which was a lovely touch. Even down to being able to grab a cuppa whilst we got our bearings was perfect. The weather was horrible but we felt relaxed and rested which is priceless. Would have loved to have stayed longer so will definitely look to do that in the future. Well done Julie, your home is amazing

The apartment is in a great location, especially with a dog. Peebles is a very dog friendly place. The proximity to the river is great for walking. The property is extremely well equipped and has a lot of extras including a thoughtful little bowl of chocolates! We all enjoyed our second stay at this property and hope to stay again soon. This is an exceptionally beautiful and comfortable flat. Quality furnishings with lots of extra thoughtful additions to accommodation and facilities. Everything was scrupulously clean. The flat is perfectly located facing the Tweed river with great views from the windows. It is also only a couple of minutes easy walk to the Main Street with many interesting shops. Perfectly located to allow easy travel to other towns and local attractions. The host was just lovely and very helpful. One of the best accommodations I’ve come across.
