It is a villa located in a quiet area of the Mar Menor, but at the same time, close to all the necessary services to spend an excellent holiday, even to spend long seasons since most shops are open throughout the year. Where the car is not needed at all and where the temperature is fantastic and the sun shines all year, even at Christmas.

Vacaciones en San Pedro Del Pinatar

Casita preciosa, con todo lo que se necesita. Muy bien ubicada a proximidad de la playa en un barrio tranquilo. Muy limpia. Mucha luminosidad. Una acogida muy simpática de parte de los dueños en persona, atentos a que no falte nada. Comercios cerca y muchos bares y pequeños restaurantes facilitan la vida. Recomiendo +++++

OK for Summer but not suitable in winter

The property was rented from February to April and was cold and smelt damp. The location is very good for beach and cafes but would only suit summer rentals. There was only very small outside area which did not get much sun. Make sure you take towels with you. Beds are old and not comfortable.

Nos sorprende que dada la buena comunicación que mantuvimos, no nos comentarán que necesitaban más toallas. La casa cuenta con dos espacios exteriores, el jardín delantero que da al este,con vistas a zona verde , terraza de unos 10 metros cuadrados y donde da el sol a primeras horas de la mañana y otra zona contigua a la cocina,con ducha, orientado al oeste que recibe sol por la tarde. Este invierno ha sido excepcionalmente lluvioso,aunque la casa no tiene humedad en su interior, los exteriores han permanecido mojados mucho tiempo,normalmente el clima es muy seco.

A great place to stay, it is close to beach and all the restaurants. The house comes with everything you could want. It greats 5 stars from me.

Very Good

We were met and made very welcome, the house was very well equiped,comfortable and clean and we were able to park the car safely out side the house.The location of the property was close the beach and we were able to walk easily both to the town and village allowing us to enjoy many of the restaurants without having to use the car. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Belle plage .location trop modeste.

Bonjour.location proche de la plage à pieds mais ne dispose pas de climatisation c'est insupportable de l'habiter.les serviettes trop vielles literie peu confortable ancienne vaisselle.pas de wifi qui est devenu indispensable .une belle plage .les gents de la région acceuillants.pas grand choix de restaurant.(modeste). J'ai adoré la plage bien équipée surveillée propre .proche.

En la casa estaban todos los servicios q se especificaban en la página, que no incluían aire acondicionado ni wifi. La casa dispone de ventiladores y una buena orientación y excepto algunos días de calor , la temperatura en la casa es adecuada. En cuanto a menaje, ropas, ...en la casa , la relación calidad /precio esta muy proporcionada.De todas formas, estamos mejorando todos los servicios de la casa, incluso valorando el poner wifi y aire acondicionado
