Our stay was wonderful. We loved the location and the setting was very quiet. Our host was very attentive to our needs! Loved having the chickens dog and cat come visit us on the deck
Green timbers lodge was a hidden gem. Quarters were clean, breath taking views, and even came with a resident pup, Homer! Ana was so kind, helpful and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend more and we will stay with her again when we visit in the future
We only stayed one night but the way the cabin was decorated and set up was relaxing. The host is friendly and accommodating. We will definitely consider staying here again during our future travels.
Excellent host, great, quiet area to stay. Close to town of Homer. Good fishing and restaurants. Go to A Bus Named Sue, great eatery. Halibut and Chips
We had a delightful few days at the property to celebrate my wife's birthday. The home is close to town but also has a more secluded feel. It was lovely.
Dan and Rhonda were great hosts. The cabin was clean and organized. Plenty of wildlife to see like moose and sandhill cranes taking care of their newborns. I would definitely recommend this cozy cabin.
The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners were attentive, kind and lovely people. I loved looking out the window to see lots of flowers, birds and a moose when we arrived. What a treat. It is close to town and we had a great week.
We absolutely loved it, cute little cabin connected to the main. They even bought us some champagne for our first night of marriage! Hands up, we would rent from them again.
The property is very relaxing and has a positive energy! Will absolutely keep this on our list to return.

Homer Heaven
We had an amazing stay at this wonderful cabin. Exceptional attention to detail for all the cozy comforts. Very close to town but far enough for peace & quiet. Extremely clean, comfortable beds & with great starter amenities. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Dan & Rhonda for allowing us to stay in your lovely cabin.
What a beautiful little spot! The house is perfect and cozy.
The only issue we had was with the heater not working. We did alert the owner.
A beautiful place to stay ❤️
The BEST VRBO we have ever stayed at - A++.
Great location. Spotlessly clean and neat. Good assortment of amenities. Very imaginative decor to make one experience the feel of an Alaskan cabin. Ideal location for what we did in Homer (fishing), and touring the area. One has the feel of being in the country while being close enough to town, shopping, restaurants, boat docks. The hosts were helpful, welcoming, and friendly. Another plus was having the companionship of a dog named "Homer" who accompanied us on our hike of the neighborhood. Overall, a super place to stay in Homer.
This was the perfect quiet, place a short distance from Homer. The cabin we stayed in was very quaint, but had everything we needed although there are other guests on the property. We hardly knew it. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into the place and it was exactly what we were looking for.
This was the last stop for us on a two week adventure. We really loved the location. The cottage was comfortable and clean and we loved all of the personal touches.
Dan was so helpful! Have gave us suggestions of things to do and places to eat before and during our stay. Being our last stop, we had quite a bit of trash for a three night stay, including a cooler that we didn't want to take home on a plane. Dan was very kind and took care of it for us.
Thanks Dan and Rhonda!
This cabin was so cute ! So clean ! So amazing ! We got to try the eggs from their lovely girls , so GOOD . So peaceful and nice , love the work they put into it ! Love the bed frames ! LOVE LOVE , we stayed two nights , wish we would’ve stayed longer . Dan and Rhonda was really friendly and understanding! Their communication was so great ! Didn’t have any issues ! Hope to come back here one day !
Very cute cabin, but furniture was uncomfortable, had lawn chairs at inside table and it was hard to get in and out of bed as the bed was only about a foot from the wall on each side. No place to hang up clothes either. Couldn’t sit outside as the chairs needed to be washed down. Overgrown weeds coming out between deck boards. For the price it should have been better. Wonky switch plates with artificial flowers coming out of them and cobwebs. Very creaky floors and especially the bathroom door made a hideous sound!
We felt right at home from the time we walked in the door! The cabin was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water. Ana was great to give recommendations when asked and happily loaned me a basket to go to the laundromat. Great communication from the get-go. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location. Cute cabin. Perfect for our needs.

About the host

Our family moved to Alaska from Florida after dreaming and planning for 2 years. We drove our RV cross country from coast to coast on a 10 month adventure to arrive in Homer! We found our dream home/business, when Rhonda and Dan (previous owners who built this majestic place) decided to relocate to the States. We had the honor and the pleasure to meet them and take over their legacy! We look forward to sharing our dream come true with you!
