Spacious flat on the first floor of Vila Luz, with its own entrance, in a modern, large house with special architecture, many eye-catchers and loving details.

On 120m² you will find 2 light-flooded bedrooms with comfortable double beds, wardrobes and a view of the spacious garden. There is also a bathroom with double washbasins and shower, as well as a separate toilet.

In the open, spacious kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your own meals and conjure up fabolous menus. The living room offers plenty of space to relax and has a flat-screen TV. The large terrace, which is accessible from the living room and hallway, offers a breathtaking view over the hills of the Serra dos Candeeiros.
There is plenty to discover in the villa's garden: relax under palm trees or cool off by swimming in the 11m x 5m saltwater pool. After your swim, the pool house with its own kitchen, sauna and bathroom invites you to linger. Further up in the garden among the trees there is also a barbecue station with dining table.

The villa is surrounded by forests and nature and is located in Pataias only a few minutes away from the spectacular beaches of the Atlantic coast around Nazaré. The surrounding area offers a variety of leisure activities such as surfing, hiking, cycling along the coast and much more. There is also a wide range of cultural activities: you can explore the World Heritage Site of Óbidos, visit the monastery in Alcobaca and Batalha or marvel at the highest waves in the world in Nazaré.

Supermarkets and restaurants are available in Pataias as well as on the beaches and nearest towns.

Excellent Accommodation

Our expectations of the accommodation and the location of this modern apartment were exceeded many times over. Antonio and Maria were wonderful hosts and we very much enjoyed there company. With the major road network very close by we had the opportunity to visit the monasteries and castelos the region can rightly boast of. Our visit to Batalha and the monastery was the highlight. Try to visit when the sun shines through the stain glass windows which produces the most wonderful rainbows in the interior of the monastery. Overall a highly recommended apartment and location.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir danken Antonio und Maria ganz herzlich für ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreunschaft. Die Ferienwohnung ist toll, super sauber und alle haben das Baden im Pool genossen! Unser Lieblingsstrand war in Vale Furado und ebenso unser Lieblingsrestaurant "Mad". Beautiful property and lovely pool

We drove from Sintra to Pataias and arrived at Antonio's house. We were unsure, if it was the right place, but we were staying on the upper floor. We received a very warm welcome from Antonio and Maria. Antonio offered us a welcome drink in his lovely house and then was able to tell us about nearby attractions. We then received a guided tour of the house so we knew where everything was. I loved the three wooden horses at the top of the stairs. It was very bright, spacious and airy. The open plan kitchen, had basic utensils for us to cook a simple meal on our first evening. We did one load of washing, the washing machine is located in the basement and we dried it on the patio. The bedrooms are large, with electronic shutters and masses of wardrobe space for our clothes. bathroom was also a good size, double hand basins and a nice big shower. Sitting room had a TV we could have watched, comfy sofas and patio doors, leading out onto a table and chairs, plus sun loungers. Access to the pool is by steps around the, rear of the property. A stunning pool. with a separate room containing a shower and toilet. There is a large table there too, and several sun loungers. Given the location of the property, you will need a car as there is nothing much in Pataias. We went off each day and visited Praia de Vale Furado a stunning beach, with no one on it. I wish I could put photos on here! We also went to beautiful Obidos, highly recommend the Avocado café and spinach, zucchini and chocolate cake. Obidos is beautiful, very pretty and not to busy, we went on the 5th July. Obidos castle is lovely too look around, not a safety handrail in sight. Try the Ginja (cherry) liqueur in a chocolate cup, or even better in an ice cream, lots to potter around and enjoy. We also visited Bacalhoa Buddha Eden and spent hours, wandering around the delightful gardens and sculptures. Took a trip to Batalha Monastery, again plenty to see and do. We spent the last day in Nazare, there were a a few of the original boats on display, we should have gone towards the funicular as we were, not overly impressed with the area we visited. The local town was very quite in the evening but believe this was out of season and some of the restaurants were closed. Very good accommodation and a useful stop of on our travels around the country.

Perfekte Erholung mit allem, was man braucht!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Antonio ist sehr herzlich und hat uns (außer "lecker Bierchen") sehr viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und sauber, der Pool ist toll, die Terrasse ebenso. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir haben schon oft Ferienwohnungen gebucht, aber diese übertraf bislang alles. Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Keine abgezählten Messer oder ausrangierte Möbel. Wunderschöne Terrasse zum Sonnen und als highlight der Meerwasserpool. Das ganze sehr ruhig, jedoch zentral gelegen. Antonio war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Die Strände im Umfeld sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Merci à Maria et Antonio pour leur accueil chaleureux. Le logement est impeccable. Il se situe dans une maison moderne avec une entrée indépendante et dans un quartier calme. Die Ferienwohnung war besonders schön. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Dachterrasse und der Pool waren traumhaft. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral. Zum Strand und zum Supermarkt war es nicht weit. Unser Urlaub in Pataias war rundum gelungen und sehr erholsam. Dies war vor allem möglich,weil wir eine super saubere, sehr modern eingerichtete FEWO in der es an nichts fehlte vorfanden. Der toll gepflegte Garten,der offensichtlich mit viel Liebe angelgt wurde, samt Pool in dem wir viel Spaß hatten, rundeten das Ganze hervorragend ab. Antonio der Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch, ist super freundlich und gab uns jede Menge Tipps für Ausflüge , auch für Restaurants, in denen wir sehr gut gegessen haben und hat uns ein Stück der portugiesischen Lebensweise nahe gebracht. Vielen Dank für Alles auf diesem Weg. Wir kommen sehr gern mal wieder und freuen uns heute schon darauf.

Ein fantastisches Ferienhaus!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche erlebt bei Antonio und seine Frau. Sie haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen! Normalerweise besuchen wir nimmer dieselbe Ferienwohnung aber in diesem Fall machen wir vielleicht eine Ausnahme! Das Haus ist sehr modern und hat eine große Terrasse und ein komfortables Schwimmbad. Eine Woche ist eigentlich zu kurz! Vielen Dank noch einmal für Ihre so guten Pflege.

Super vacances à Pataias !

Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances passées chez Antonio et Rosario. Ce sont des gens charmants et très gentils. Rosario parle très bien le français et nous a guidé pour visiter la région. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli dans leur bel appartement moderne. Les pièces sont grandes et très bien équipées, nous avons le même confort qu' à la maison. Nos 2 garçons se sont beaucoup amusés dans la belle piscine. C'est un endroit idéal pour une famille, nous le recommandons.

So macht Urlaub Spaß! Wunderbar

Eine schöne FEWO in einem sehr ruhigen und modernem Haus im Zentrum von Pataias, einer netten portugiesischen Kleinstadt. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. Wirklich alles sauber und Tiptop! Bis auf eine Waschmaschine ist alles da was man braucht. Aber es gibt die Möglichkeit von Hand zu waschen. Ein großes Plus: Der Pool ist mit Salzwasser, das ist bei weitem aber nicht so salzig wie im Meer. Man schmeckt es nur leicht. Unsere beiden Mädels waren begeistert weils kein brennen in den Augen gab und ihre Haut super weich geworden ist. Für uns war es ein Segen, da wir aus gesundheitlichen Gründen Chlorverbot hatten. Also super! Es gibt viele schöne Strände ringsherum. Ein Auto sollte man unbedingt haben, sonst könnte es langweilig werden und es gibt ganz viel Tolles in der Umgebung zu entdecken. Der Urlaub in Pataias hat uns sehr gut gefallen!! Danke! Auch für die familiäre und freundliche Atmosphäre.

Schöne Tage in einem wunderbaren Umfeld

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sie entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Die Vermieter, die im gleichen Haus wohnen, sind ausgesprochen freundlich und haben uns gute Tipps für unseren Urlaub gegeben. Darüber hinaus sprechen sie ausgezeichnet Deutsch! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Strand entfernt, und auf der anderen Seite kommt man schnell zu den berühmten Klöstern Batalha und Alcobaca. Auch Tomar und Leiria sind gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe findet man gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
