Perfect place in annapolis

My family rented this beautiful house for two nights over thanksgiving. The house is fantastic, nicely appointed and sleeps 8. It was so homey and nice. We enjoyed cooking and relaxing w family and it was just a few blocks to Main Street w all the cute shops and bars. We’ll definitely be back and I would give it an A plus.

My family had a wonderful time in Annapolis at this home. The location was perfect! The house is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and the marina for a sunset cruise. We made a quick trip to the winery as well.Fran was an amazing host! The home was completely stocked with everything we would need and more! The beds were comfy and the back yard was gorgeous. It was perfect for my family of 8. We will be back next year! Fran, than you for sharing your home with us!

Very unique, clean home for family reunion! Comfortable , and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful backyard and neighborhood. Short walk to the beautiful downtown area. I will definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice, quite and relaxing family vacation. The only minor issue was finding parking in the residential area 2 close to the house.

This house is very beautiful and very well appointed. We had a 60th birthday dinner, using the kitchen to cook seafood, and we found it very well stocked with equipment and excellent appliances. One of our party is a chef so this is no small compliment. The walk to the downtown area is at a perfect distance. The beds are very, very comfortable. The shower is exceptional. Deb and Fran was easy to work with and immediately responsive to any needs. Highly recommended.

Lovely home that was super clean, comfortable, and provided a good space for my family reunion. It's conveniently located to to shops, museums, restaurants and tourist attractions. The kitchen, with commercial grade stove and frig, was terrific for preparing meals.

I purchased this 1848 townhouse in downtown Annapolis for its historic charm and modern convenience. The front of the house is the original house from 1848 and there is an addition on the back that allows for a modern kitchen with fireplace and family room on the main level and a large master suite on the second floor. The addition was built with care keeping the historic charm of the house and neighborhood. I hope you love my home as much as I do.
