About this property

Modern holiday home with private garden in Costabella, Marbella

Holidays with family or friends!



This newly renovated, bright and modern decorated house is located in the Urbanization Costabella a few meters from the beach, about 7 min drive to Marbella centre and 40 minutes from Malaga airport.



Costabella is a very quiet and well kept urbanization, with Chiringuitos and beach clubs where you can enjoy good food and pleasant days at the beach. 



The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor we find the living room kitchen, the main terrace and the 2 bedrooms. On the first floor we find the big terrace.



The spacious living room with electric blinds and access to the terrace with a relaxing garden, with a terrace table to enjoy an outdoor breakfast, as it is just a few meters from the kitchen. There are also sun loungers where you can enjoy the sun. The property has Wifi installation with fibre optic.



The 2 bedrooms with air conditioning hot/cold in each of them also have two balconies with access to the garden that surrounds the house. One of the beds is a double bed, the other is two 90cm mattresses joined together. 



Each bedroom has its own fully equipped en-suite bathroom and we provide bath towels and bed linen.



The kitchenette is also equipped with oven, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen has an exit to a closed laundry room, where we find the washing machine and the ironing board. It also has another dining table with 2 chairs. 



On the upper floor, there is a solarium where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea while enjoying the peace of the surroundings, as well as having plenty of space for lunches and dinners in pleasant company.



For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

La casa está bien ubicada y es espaciosa, tal y como está descrita. El problema que le veo es una plaga de hormigas y la tubería huele mal y está obstruido (las duchas al ducharse se atascan). Nada más llegar, a pesar de que estaba limpia la casa, ya salieron hormigas de las tuberías del baño y de la cocina, lo cual es bastante incomodo. Considero que ropa de cama debería cumplir estándares más alto, p.e. llevar protectores de colchón y de almohadas para aumentar la higiene.
