Beautiful semi detached property which is part of a group of eight, surrounded by a beautiful garden, that share a communal pool, set very near the sea, in Cala San Vicente, in Pollensa, Mallorca.
The hall is open to a nice living and dining room with lovely views, also open to the graceful kitchen and a terrace with a dining area. There is also a bathroom. Downstairs there are three graceful bedrooms, all of them open to the private garden that surrounds the property, and a bathroom. The outside terrace and garden feature a fabulous living area, sun loungers and a barbeque. There's a large free parking area just in front. A unique opportunity to enjoy the sea, mountains, peace, breath-taking views, and the natural beauty of the Cala.
There is no need to rent a car, as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and excursion centres are in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful beach with crystal clear waters of Cala Molins, is only 50 metres away.
There is a free large parkingspace very close.
It should be noted that we have fiber optics with high speed Internet to be able to telework (600 MB).
Smoking is allowed outdoors.

IMPORTANT
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.
Per day and person, the tax is
from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and
from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.
A welcome basket is provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday.
