A fabulous chalet with stunning sea views just metres from the tranquil waters of Pollensa Bay. This establishment is located in the prestigious residential complex of Es Barcares, just 5 minutes by car from the medieval walls of the city of Alcúdia. Es Barcares is known for its excellent conditions for kitesurfing and is very popular among surfers.



With 150 m² of living space, it is prepared for up to 6 people. The spacious living room is beautifully furnished and offers satellite TV, DVD and WiFi. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes with local products that you can buy at the weekly market in Alcudia (Tuesday and Sunday). In front of the kitchen there is a 25 m² balcony with a cosy dining area.



The house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor.



On the outside, you will find a 40 m² terrace and a 800 m² garden with lawn, Mediterranean plants and a brick barbecue. There is also a room where you can store your bicycles.

If you want a quiet apartment right on the sea front, then this is definitely worth putting on your

If you're looking for a place to stay in Alcudia this lovely apartment is perfect. It is decorated very nicely. The kitchen was great, with all appliances you will need for your stay. There is also a coffee machine and we found a box of coffee pods in the cupboard. The balcony has really nice views. Very easy check in too.

Very good

Very good house, spatious enough for 6 people, nicely furnished with neat garden and a lot of place to spend time, eat and relax. Good for families with children, there’s a big playground nearby and it is not far from the sea (200m to nice snorkeling bay and 300m to sand beach). Hostoric Alcudia center is in walking distance (approx. 20 minutes walk). Bedrooms have pretty narrow (i guess 140cm) but very good beds.

The neighbourhood is super quiet and only 18mins walking away from the city centre. There are like 4 spots to sip your coffee outside - on the balcony, in front of the house, in the garden and on the rooftop (pity there are no seats there but I believe it',s because of the wind). Literally everything you need is in the house, including umbrellas and even some flashlights. We briefly met the owner and she',s a very sweet person, too! Had great time there :) You might see some bugs here and there regardless of how clean it is but for us it was not a problem :)

Very well

We had a great time in the house. It's very comfortable and well equipped. You can park just in front the door. The view was not as awesome as we expected but the garden and the terrace behind are very nice. The location is good to go all around the island Unfortunately there was noise due to construction and from the place in front of the house that serves as parking and place to tinker

Can Xim 080

Die Unterkunkt ist super auf 2 Etagen aufgeteilt, das macht einen Familienurlaub mit 3 Generationen super entspannt. Leider ist strandnah nicht richtig, ohne Auto sind es locker 30 Minuten Fußweg zu einem Sandstrand, in der Nähe ist das Meer nur über Felsen und Steine erreichbar. Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt in einer reinen Wohngegend, zum Einkaufen oder zur Unterhaltung benötigt man ein Auto. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Abzug gibt es für die Dachterasse, die reperaturbedürftig ist und keine Möbel hat, also quasi nicht nutzbar.

Bitte entschuldigen Sie unser Missverständnis, aber dieses Haus ist zwei Straßen vom Meer entfernt in Es Barcarès, Alcúdia; es ist eindeutig kein Sandstrand, da es in der Badia de Pollença liegt, wo die meisten Strände felsig sind. Der Strand daneben ist also perfekt zum Schwimmen geeignet, und wenn Sie es bequemer haben möchten, können Sie Ihre eigenen Wasserschuhe (Booties) und Taucherbrillen mitbringen und die Fauna in der Umgebung beobachten. Außerdem sind die meisten Gebiete der Insel schlecht an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden, so dass es normal ist, ein Auto mieten zu müssen. Vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße, Team Mallorca Charme

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Die Aussicht Richtung Meer ist nur von der Dachterrasse so, wie auf dem Foto. Die Betten sind super bequem. Der Garten nach hinten gefiel uns auch. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Leider aber ist das größte Minus an dem Haus die schlechte Stromversorgung. Die Sicherung ist ständig rausgeflogen. Sobald man zwei Geräte und die Beleuchtung in Betrieb hatte, war es schon zuviel. Einmal haben wir gekocht. Einer von uns war ständig unterwegs, um die Sicherung wieder zu betätigen. Danach sind wir lieber Essen gegangen. Im Bad hat es am Anfang unangenehm gerochen.Und Ende März ist es in der Wohnung noch sehr kalt. Ein Radiator war vorhanden, aber man musste logistisch gut überlegen, welches Gerät angeschaltet war, sonst saß man wieder im Dunkeln bzw bei Kerzenschein.Wenn das Problem mit der Stromversorgung gelöst wird, kann man das Haus sehr empfehlen. Wir haben das ganze mit Humor genommen und den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem ausgestattet, was wir im Urlaub benötigt haben. Nah am Meer und fußläufig nach Alcudia. Das Haus steht in einer Siedlung, in der gemischt Wohnungen von Einheimischen und Urlaubsunterkünften sind. Die Gegend war sehr ruhig (Nebensaison). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu kochen, weil die Küchenausstattung sehr gut war. Es gab Decken für die kühlen Abende. Für unser jüngstes Familienmitglied (1,5 Jahre) gab es alles: Bett, Hochstuhl, Wickelauflage, Plastikgeschirr, Hocker zum Hochsteigen - perfekt. Nichts

Vraiment top !

Maison très propre, bien équipée, et décorée avec goût, dans un quartier très calme et reposant. On peut laisser sa voiture devant la maison en toute sécurité. A pieds on arrive vite dans la vieille ville d'Alcúdia et on voit la baie de Polença de la maison. Alcúdia est une jolie ville avec son port et sa vieille ville. Vraiment une belle destination ! Merci aux personnes de l'entretien à notre arrivée, très accueillantes. Je vous recommande cette maison. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Nice quiet location . Parking outside house. Very cold for the winter stay - need adequate heating system if renting in the winter months. The boiler wasn’t working properly but we had a quick response from Antoni who brought his own heater, which was great for the living room.

Excellent séjour dans une maison d'une propreté impeccable , bien située ( 100m de la plage 1,5 km d'Alcudia ) dans un quartier résidentiel calme . Rien ne manque dans la maison et le jardin pour le séjour . Très bon contact avec l'agence à Majorque . Je recommande cette location .

Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses, der Komfort und die Sauberkeit gehörten zu den besten, die wir bislang in einer Ferienwohnung hatten. Von der Seife über die elektrische Zitruspresse (Zitronenbaum im Garten) bis hin zum Grill und Decken für die Abende auf dem Balkon / der Terrasse) war alles vorhanden. Mehrere Sitzplätze, sodass sich immer ein Sonnen- oder Schattenplätzchen finden lässt. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Betten sind neu und sehr bequem, auch für große Menschen. Generell wurde viel wert auf eine gemütliche und ansprechende Einrichtung gelegt, die Küchenausstattung war fast besser als daheim. Ein großes Dankeschön an die sehr freundliche Begrüßung durch die Gastgeberin. Der Vorort vor Alcudia war Mitte April sehr ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es jedoch keine. Keine Hotels in der Nähe, aber offenbar mehrere Ferienwohnungen, die durchaus aber auch von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt werden könnten. Der Aufenthalt war für uns (1 Pärchen und 2 Einzelpersonen) sehr entspannt. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.
