Lovely Silver Coast 2 Bed Apartment with Sea View-Praia D'El Rey

This is a delightful spacious 2 bedroom top-floor apartment with sea view and shared pool. The quiet beach is only 250m away. There is a large lounge/dining room and kitchen with full kitchen facilities including dishwasher and washer/dryer. There are 2 balconies and a sun terrace. There is also a cot and a highchairs available at no extra cost unlike some others who charge separately for these items. The apartment is situated within Portugal’s No.1 Golf links resort, Praia D’el Rey Golf and Beach Resort (recently voted European Golf Resort of the year 2007) on the beautiful Silver Coast (Costa Prata). We are conveniently located within the resort and only a short walk to the Clubhouse and 1st tee (5min), 250m to beach (5min), children’s play area (1min) and tennis courts (5min). Plenty of activities for non-golfers. Spa treatments available from the 5* Marriott Hotel on site. Only 10min drive away from the famous medieval walled city of Obidos.

Golf: Praia D'El Rey is an 18 Hole Par 72 Championship Links Course designed by Cabell B. Robinson. Golf Resort of the Year 2007 - International Association of Golf Tour Operators. Golf World - Ranked 80th in Top 100 courses in the World. Golf World - Ranked 13th in Continental Europe. We are conveniently located within the resort and are less than 5 minutes walk from our apartment to the First Tee and Clubhouse.





Plenty of activities for the non-golfer: Tennis-courts only 5 mins walk away. 5* Marriott Hotel on-site with shops, restaurants, bar, health club with gym, spa treatments, indoor and outdoor pools and business centre. Water sports. Surfing. Fishing. Horse riding.
The location is great for: Walking holidays, Beach / lakeside relaxation, Cycling holidays, Winter sun holiday, Wineries nearby (15min drive).

Great location to use as home base for day trips to several sights! Fatima, Alcobaba, obidos,batalha

Communication, check-in and check-out was excellent and smooth. Quick response to our requests. Property and appliances show their age but everything is functional and we had a pleasant stay.

Great location between hotel and clubhouse where our functions were. Nice little balcony and view. I was very surprised that there was no WiFi and only realised a few days previously. We managed but you need to be aware of that. The place was functional and served our purposes. Even better if there were a few more basic bathroom amenities and better towels and kitchen roll. Overall it was ok.

Wonderful location, just moments from the clubhouse. Great golf on the doorstep. The apartment block itself is a little tired as was the apartment. Great for a basic stay, but if you like a more up to date/ smarter property this might not be for you. A point of concern was the lack of fire/ CO alarms.

Good apartment, no sunloungers at the pool

The stay was ok, the apartment is clean. Not my taste but everything is there and the check-in is very friendly and helpfull. The only thing strange was that there are no sunloungers at the pool. Pity that the bed in the masterbedroom has an upstanding endboard which makes it hard to sleep for tall people (like myself) And also there is no wifi. For the rest everything ok and I can advise the apartment for golfers

O alojamento está licalizado numa zona calma e agradável, bom para férias de descanso de famílias com crianças. O aldeamento é muito bonitove está bem cuidado. O apartamento é espaçoso e está têm bem equipado, nomeadamente com extras para quem tem bebés e/ou crianças (berço, cadeira de pápa, banheirinha, jogos). Pena que os quartos tivessem as persianas estragadas pois, apesar dos reposteiros, a luz entrava em abundancianos quartos logo pela manhã cedo.

Dépaysant et reposant

Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires et la gérante sur place. Super appartement propre, spacieux, fonctionnel et au calme même en plein mois d'Aout. Superbe piscine entretenue. Plages à proximité d'une qualité exceptionnelle si on ne se focalise pas sur leur équipement (pas de bars ni sanitaires). Prévoir un moyen de locomotion car pas de commerces à proximité. En revanche la ville de Caldas da Rainha à 25 minutes offre tout ce qu'il faut. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

L'appartement est situé dans une superbe résidence, près d'une magnifique plage, peu de monde, sable fin, super vagues, de l'espace.... L'appartement est très spacieux, lumineux, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, on s'y s'en comme chez nous. La piscine est très agréable aussi. Vraiment un excellent séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, conseils et astuces pour les courses, les visites, les activités... Personne très à l'écoute. Nous recommandons ce lieu !

Em geral gostámos da estadia. A cozinha está bem equipada para se poderem realizar refeições. Sentimos falta foi de uma máquina de café. A sala é espaçosa e com um sofá bastante confortável. Já nos quartos o feedback não é tão bom. As toalhas fornecidas para banhos eram muito pequenas, as fronhas das almofadas tinham manchas e cheiro a mofo e num dos quartos a persiana estava avariada não sendo possível ter luz em condições no quarto. Por último dizer que faz falta não ter wifi na casa.

Traumhafter Strand in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar

Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden (sogar Bodyboards und Strandspiele, DVD- und Videorecorder, etc.). Bei schlechtem Wetter allerdings kriecht die Feuchtigkeit in das Apartment und lässt sich dann erst wieder mit Sonne aus der nach Norden hin ausgerichteten Wohnung (auch der Balkon) vertreiben. Pool und Anlage sind gepflegt und schön, die Agentur ist sehr freundlich und gibt Tipps zu Stränden (für und mit Kindern) und Restaurants. Wir waren zufrieden!

Apartamento limpo, espaçoso e acolhedor. Local tranquilo, propício ao descanso. Piscina e espaço envolvente muito agradáveis. As toalhas de banho são pequenas, dado que são aproximadamente do mesmo tamanho das de rosto. Gostamos muito da banda sonora disponível.

Fantastisch!

Mooi ruim appartement met 2 balkons, dus altijd genieten van het zonnetje. Van alle gemakken voorzien! Rustige omgeving. Verkoelend zwembad. Isabel denkt mee en voor allerlei vragen kan je terecht. Heel behulpzaam. Heerlijk restaurant op 2 minuten lopen met uitstekende gerechten.
