Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.

The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.

Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.

It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park

Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.

Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.

Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.

There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.

High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.

Underfloor heating provided throughout.

We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.

We can also consider pets staying by prior agreement.

Incredible host who caters to your every need, I asked for an extra heater and it arrived faster than room service on day two ! Perfect spot right in the heart of Notting Hill, steps from the Tube and Kensington Palace. Great place, great host , will absolutely rent again when I return from the USA. Until then… the game is afoot!

All you need for a stay in London in a convenient apartment close to all the fun. Great situated, modern appliances and many nice places to eat nearby. Perfect for us that spent most of the time out and about and needed somewhere nice to crash that was close to everything. Great communication with the host also. Would recommend!

The apartment is nice and accurately advertised. Was the perfect place for my son and I to spend 5 days watching football matches around London. The neighborhood is excellent and safe. Lots of excellent food options and public transportation options nearby.The host was very responsive when called for assistance related to entry. He also accommodated us dropping our bags before the place was ready. A solid host. Would probably be too cozy for 4 people for a long stay. Just not enough space for 4 people with large suitcases. My rating would be 4.5 but they won’t let me do that. Only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because it’s a basement apartment and the people above make noise that can be bothersome. That’s not on the host, he can’t do anything about that. The street itself is quiet.Overall, would recommend.

Enjoyed the location. Host was easy to get ahold of. Great set up. If you are entering the studio after dark for the first time, can be extremely tricky to find the lockbox which is on the main floor railing before going down the stairs. :)

It is a good location, but the cleaner was too late, we had to wait an extra hour.We are generally satisfied, but the apartment just was not clean, especially the kitchen needs a bit of work. Slept well though and the nearby shops and restaurants are nice, buses abound, relaxed atmosphere.

Great location. Paddington station, Hyde Park and Portobello Road are all within easy walking distance. There are also lots of bus options nearby for getting around. The flat is perfect for 2-3 people, with all the amenities you will need. Note, there is a washing machine but no dryer, but you can hang your clothes to dry. Also, if you want to cook, you need to supply your own condiments (salt, sugar etc). The host was there to welcome us when we arrived and was very friendly and responsive when we had a small issue with the keys. Would highly recommend this flat for a longer-term stay in London.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is very well located and of easy access trough public transportation. The flat was tiny but well equipped. The stay was overall really pleasant. The only down side was that the sofa bed was a little bit uncomfortable and the shower was too tiny.

We stayed 4 nights with teens here the studio is super comfortable, clean and the location is a walking distance from the subways stations, south Kensington gardens, supermarket and plenty of restaurants.Good response from the owner as well. Definitely recommend it.
