"Air-conditioned" Luxury suite in a mansion overlooking the Wolvenstraat. Located in "the nine streets", situated between Herengracht and Keizersgracht. In this newly delivered room you can enjoy a bathroom with two rain showers, a king-size bed, flat screen television with internet, free wifi, coffee (Nespresso) and tea making facilities. This is a small-scale B&B with two bedrooms.

A beautiful stay right in the heart of the action. Room is spotless. Ans the bed is so comfy. Tjakko is a great host. Drinks left in the fridge complimentary. Nespresso pods, tea bags, and snacks! All around a great experience. Will visit again!

Amsterdam was amazing and this place is close to a ton of nice places. We were able to walk basically anywhere we wanted to go downtown. It was not an easy feat carrying our luggage up the stairs but that was to be expected staying downtown. Also the coffee shop “Coffee and Cakes Amsterdam” has the absolute best latte so far on this trip and it’s very close. Also the botanical gardens are amazing.

Excellent location! The stairs to get into the room were a bit hard to manage with large suitcases. The overall room was great but there needs to be more comfortable chairs for relaxing. A small table with chairs would be great as well

This is such a great place to stay. It's located right in the middle of the city center. Beautifully decorated and has so many amenities. The shower was amazing and the bed is so comfy. The caretaker was amazing as well. We locked our keys in the room and he came to help asap which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place to stay. Thanks again!

Stayed a week at the suite and highly recommend. Fantastic location - walkable to most major sites in Amsterdam. Tons of cafes, restaurants, shopping and more in the area. Host attends to every detail from the snacks and beverages to the high quality bath products. We received a housekeeping service halfway through our stay. Bed is super comfortable with high quality bedding and pillows. We enjoyed having a fridge for breakfast items and kettle and Nespresso for morning beverages.Light sleepers may have an issue with street noise Thursday - Saturday which tends to die down about 1 am. The rest of the week is really quiet.

Apartment was very clean, bed comfortable and we loved the area of the 9 Streets. Quickly got used to the narrow stairway, and there really aren’t many stairs anyway. The welcome items in the room were an especially nice touch. We definitely recommend this apartment!

Located in the perfect spot, clean, spacious and the check in was a breeze. Not ideal for anyone who has mobility issues or who would have trouble lifting suitcases as the stairs were very steep and winding. I had read the previous reviews, so we were prepared. Host was super gracious and had a fridge full of local beers!

Great property within walking distance of all key sites

We really enjoyed staying at the property since it has an upscale vibe and is perfect for a couple to relax and have fun! It was easy to walk to all of the key Amsterdam sites and the host is very attentive to your needs. We would definitely stay at the same property on our next visit.
