Inside, you will also find an open plan kitchen and dining area, dining room, cloakroom, and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside, is off road parking for four cars, and a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Situated in rural area, and close to many attractions, Paddock House is a wonderful property in a charming part of England.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x tumble dryers, dishwasher, TV with Sky ic sports and movies, DVD, CD, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Table tennis table. Lockable bike storage. Off road parking for 4 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and gas BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles and pub 2 miles.
