About this property

Design house with own dock at lake

House built in 2017 on a beach plot in the middle of beautiful Åkulla beech forests with its own jetty and wood-fired sauna. Private location, almost without neighbors. Nature on your doorstep and many excursion destinations and restaurants within 20 minutes drive.
The main building (90sqm) has 3 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. There are 9 beds in the main building and also a guest house. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Kitchen with open floor plan. Sliding door to large terrace with lake view.
Large lawn and own jetty. There is a boat, canoe and simple kayak. Life jackets are available to borrow.
Wifi and Cleaning included. Free charge for electric car, fixed cable type 2.
Check-in at 11:00 and Check-out at 16:00.
Electricity and heating are included in the price.
Duvets and pillows are included, bring your own sheets and towels.
The house is not recommended for families with small children, as there are steep stairs and high balconies.

Fishing trip with friends

It is a beautiful house with an amazing view and we had everything we needed for a perfect fishing trip. Martin was a wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic house

Martin has a beautiful house. We loved the view of the lake, the garden, as well as the Sauna. Martin was very responsive and even made sure we could have an earlier check-in which we really appreciated. Also he had provided a great welcome guide to help us. I highly recommend renting this house through Martin.

Beautiful place

We spent a fantastic week's holiday at this place. The views of the lake and the surrounding area are impressive. We enjoyed preparing the fish we caught ourselves from the lake and the mushrooms from the forest and enjoying them on the terrace. Even in bad weather, there is plenty to discover in the area, even with children. The communication with Martin was just perfect. A place and a house that we can highly recommend. Thank you very much!

Wunderschöne LageGut ausgestattetes HausDie Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, dafür liegt das Haus aber in einer idyllischen, ruhigen Umgebung. Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Geschirr usw. ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war stets freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir würden gerne in einigen Jahren wieder kommen, wenn das Haus dann noch angeboten wird. Vielen Dank für die schönen 2 Wochen!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem Haus am See. Besonders die Aussicht von der Terrasse war traumhaft schön. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses war hervorragend und dass wir das Boot zum Angeln nutzen konnten... Wir haben einige große Hechte gefangen!

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus! Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben – die Lage direkt am See war ideal, das Haus sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus von Martin verbracht. Das Haus liegt traumhaft, direkt am See und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man sehr viele, nahe gelegene Ausflugsziele. Martin ist ein toller Vermieter, der Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Bättre i verkligheten än vad bilderna visar. Helt fantastiskt läge med bad, bastu, båt. Huset modernt och fint med magisk utsikt. . Vi hade bästa vädret. Stilla på sjön och Storlomen ropade på kvällen.

Das haus war sehr schön die Umgebung war wie aus einem Bilderbuch, was uns allerdings nicht so gut gefallen hat ist die Sauberkeit . Die Spülmaschine war sehr dreckig so wie Staub, und das Geschirr war dreckig.

Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal hier und für uns ist der Ort ein kleines Paradies. Tolle Aussicht, wunderbarer See samt Boot und Sauna, Beeren, Kirschen, Pilze, es fehlt an nichts. Martin ist ein toller Gastgeber und antwortet stets schnell.

Wunderschöne Lage, mehr leider nicht

Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch, nur das mag den hohen Preis möglicherweise rechtfertigen. In der Preiskategorie haben wir mehr Komfort und insbesondere mehr Sauberkeit erwartet. Es gibt keinen Haartrockner, keinen Wasserkocher und keinen Toaster. Die Küche macht teilweise einen abgenutzten Eindruck, das Geschirr war teils nicht sauber, Küchenutensilien eingestaubt. Das Bad war nicht gründlich gereinigt und insbesondere die Duschabtrennung war schmutzig. Die Fenster des Hauses waren auch nicht sauber. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out.

Very nice fewo and beatiful place

Der aufenthalt war sehr sehr schön. Leider war die wohnung etwas unsauber vom vormieter hinterlassen worden. Die Fenster waren total dreckig. Sonst alles wie gewohnt.

Im Innenbereich hatte die Reinigungsfirma gründlich geputzt. Aber leider hatten Vögel die Gartenmöbel und Fenster verschmutzt. Ich hatte noch nie einen Vogelkampf auf der Terrasse. Ich hoffe, das auch in Zukunft vermeiden zu können. /Martin

Superfint hus med magisk utsikt över sjön. Väl utrustat kök och rymliga sällskapsytor både inne och ute. Läget långt ut på landet gör vistelsen fridfull.
