This beauty just underwent a complete renovation in January 2020, featuring all new porcelain tiled floors, granite counters, new furniture to fit the theme of the Southern Texas Coast. new bedding, sleeper sofa, food prep island with ample storage, new stainless appliances, chandelier lighting, and four televisions making it a perfect for everyone.

While you're not out exploring, you'll have plenty of options for a night in here. The living room, dining area, and kitchen share an open floor plan so you can carry out conversations whether someone is chopping vegetables in the kitchen or lounging about on the living room sofa and enjoying the warmth of the sun shining through the window. For entertainment, you'll enjoy the HD cable TV, DVD player, and Complimentary WiFi. If you can't agree on the same show to watch, there are a set of televisions built in the twin bunks and an additional television in the bedroom.
In the kitchen, there's everything you'll need to fix up some fresh fish, a hearty breakfast before spending the day on the water, or even a bowl of popcorn to accompany a movie night. There is a dishwasher here, but you can always let the dishes soak while you head to the balcony (closest you can be to the beach in a one bedroom suite) to enjoy the stunning serenity of our picturesque sunsets. On nice evenings, you may want to fire up one of the shared property charcoal grills for an outdoor feast while you watch the tides change at the seaside picnic area.

When you're tuckered out from your day of exploring you'll find a plush king-size bed in your newly updated bedroom and a full bathroom with a new tub/shower combination to rinse away the sand. This getaway will comfortably sleep up to six guests - there is also a sofa bed available in the living room and an alcove built into the hallway which has a set of built in twin bunks.

The home is ideally located at the western end of Renowned Seawall Boulevard on Galveston's west Beach. Here you are on the Gulf side, but just a few blocks away is Galveston Bay, where you can take an Eco-friendly Kayak tour or bird watching at the Galveston Island State park. Galveston is best known as a fishermen's paradise, where visitors can go surf fishing, deep-sea fishing, clamming in the mud flats, and crabbing off the docks.
