Villa Clotilde - Ylenia Room

Villa Clotilde, is a structure surrounded by greenery, located in the hilly area of the city of Salerno, 5 km from the city center and all the tourist attractions in the area. The structure is well located in a strategic area, near the highways, allowing it to reach all the tourist destinations of the Campania region, including the splendid city of Naples. The structure has three bedrooms with private bathroom in B&B formula: Ylenia room, Giorgia room and Federica room. It also has two apartments in the formula holiday home located inside the building, but with an independent entrance: "Lello" Annex composed of a double bedroom, a kitchenette and a bathroom, suitable for two people and with the possibility of adding a bed. Attic "Wanda", a 90sqm apartment composed of a large living room, dining area, kitchenette, two bedrooms, terrace level, suitable for 5 people. The structure has a private swimming pool open to guests only during certain hours of the day and with very precise rules to be respected.
