Situated close to the beautiful, historical port of Mortagne sur-Gironde, local beaches, country walks by grapevines and only 40 minutes drive to Royan where there are many activities to enjoy, Beauvoir provides both a peaceful holiday as well as the opportunity to turn it up a gear for children. This is a sole use property - no sharing - and not over-looked.

Beauvoir easily accomodates 8 people with:
Master Bedroom : Kingsize with authentic french bed; looking out across the french landscape
Bedroom 2: Double with beautiful views across the French landscape
Bedroom 3: 2 Beds (Double & King) - internal room
Bedroom 4: Groundfloor garden suite, with ensuite bathroom and french doors onto the front patio

The pool is to die for! The huge12x5m private, heated pool offers a sanctuary to relax, catch up on a few lengths or just mess around with the children. It's heated, and I mean heated! As long as you keep the cover on when not in use - the pool should stay warm.

There is a fully equipped kitchen comprising: Electric oven, gas hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, as well as lots of kitchen equipment. Multiple dishes, cups and glasses.

For additional entertainment, you can make use of English 'freeview' TV, games room comprising of Table Football, Pool Table and darts.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans (except bedroom 3 which has a large floor fan).
