This Villa is located at the edge of the hill of Dikastika, overlooking the Sea of South Evoikos.
Having so close the sensation of the sea resembles a ship that landed on the land.
You can enjoy the most beautiful colors of the sky at sunset. Unique place for calm and relax.
The villa consist of three levels,two of ther are for rent.The first level hosts a big living room with fireplace, a big fully equiped kitchen and a w.c. Also at this level there is a large terrace with a big table and chairs where you can enjoy the breathtaking view.
To the second lower level you can go with an elevator or stairs. This level hosts four bedrooms that three of them have double beds and one has single bed.All the bedrooms are equipped with airconditions.
Guests have access to all the areas of the Villa.
However, due to the existence of the elevator ,the Villa is accessible to strollers and recommended for people with disabilities.And of course the use of the pool is exclusive.
The hosts will be available whenever needed.
The villa is equipped with sheets and towels.

Bien mais loin d'ĂȘtre parfait

12 jours dans la Villa - A l'arrivĂ©e nous apprenons que la villa comprend 3 Ă©tages et non deux comme indiquĂ© dans l'annonce..nous n'avons pas eu accĂšs au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et que pour accĂ©der Ă  la piscine il faut passer par une porte sur le cĂŽtĂ© au premier Ă©tage descendre deux escaliers. le soir venu lorsque nous avons fermĂ© les fenĂȘtres au bout de 5 minutes la maison fut envahi par une trĂšs forte odeur de fioul. Une piece de service (dont nous n'avions pas la clef) se trouvent deux cuves Ă  Fioul qui bien que vides relache une odeur Ă  peine supportable. La Piscine est grande et belle. Les sunbeds ne suffisent pas; 3 plus 1 en forme de fauteuil n'offraient pas un grand confort (nous Ă©tions 5). Pas de de parasol du tout.A notre demande Marika a acceptĂ© de fournir 2 petits parasols.Piscine non nettoyer Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. il a fallu attendre 3 jours. Et le nettoyage s'est Ă  15h00 alors que nous y Ă©tions. 1 seul autre nettoyage durant le sejours et encore Ă  15h. Il y a une pompe de relevage dans la Villa qui se declenche Ă  grand bruit regulierement, mĂȘme la nuit. Il n'y a pas de mĂ©nage fait durant le sĂ©jour. NotĂ© que la Villa Ă  droite et sa piscine sont trĂšs proches en fonction de la mĂ©tĂ©o (et donc du vent) les avions de l'aeroport d'Athenes passent rĂ©guliĂ©rement au-dessus de la Villa. La villa a une vue Ă  couper le souffle au second Ă©tage. Et est trĂšs calme car au bout de la route.Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour. le prix Ă©tait un peu surcotĂ© compte tenu de tous ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments.

Schönes haus nahe Strand, Athen und eingener Pool

Diese Haus ist ausserordentlich gut gelegen - etwas abseits aber fĂŒr die Ruhe und Entspannung ideal. Der Eigene Pool, das grosse Haus und die 200 Grad rundum Sicht auf das Meer machen das entspannen einfach.. Athen / Flughafen ist 90 Minuten entfernt, der Strand 10-20 Minuten und der Pool 2 Stockwerke.. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sorgen sich sehr um einen und sind auch immer zus Stelle falls etwas sein sollte.
