A large separable dining room with a sofa bed, kitchen, , 2 bathrooms with shower,with a large outside space suitable for dining and relaxing, table, chairs, armchairs and a large sun umbrella available. Wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher. No A/C.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, immersed in a large garden, with direct access to the beach (100 mt). The village with shops and services is only 5 minutes’ walk. One parking space is available.
English spoken. Smokers welcome. Small pets allowed.

Perfect place for a family

We had a wonderful holiday at Enrica’s place and appreciated especially the proximity to the beach and Procchio. The sunsets were beautiful and we enjoyed the meals on the spacious terrace.

Fully equipped apartment close to beach

The apartment was very well equipped, had a big terrace, big garden, no seen neighbour houses and a 5 minutes foot passage to the wonderdul sandy beach of Procchio. The only negative thing was the tricky way out by car. As the community hightened its road, we only could drive out backwards in slow motion. Our Renault van touched the road twice though. The rest of the apartment is an absolute dream! Also very friendly Communication with the owners and their staff. High recommandation and upsolute chilled region without overtourism!

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage mit Meerblick. Nur drei Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gut ausgestattet, die Terrasse wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit Enrica unkompliziert, sehr freundlich und angenehm. Alles in allem für uns perfekt!

3 Generationen in einer Wohnung

Wir haben die Zeit auf Elba in dem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Tolle Terasse, 2 Badezimmer, bequeme Betten, genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten, toller Palmengarten, gute Ausgangslage für Auaflüge.

Bella esperienza!

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere il mare e anche il piccolo centro di Procchio in pochi minuti a piedi. Ampio spazio esterno per cenare e rilassarsi, enorme giardino completo di barbecue, parcheggio e soprattutto grande disponibilità da parte dei proprietari, che al minimo problema intervengono tempestivamente. Da ripetere!

Top Lage der Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Gastgeber und stets freundlicher Kontakt. Kurze Wege zum Strand und in das Zentrum, Restaurants etc. Ein entzückendes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Garten und toller Terrasse. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig; große Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer wobei eines komplett neu saniert ist und einer neuen, gut ausgestattete Küche. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage hier verbracht!

Comfort a pochi passi dal mare

L’appartamento è accogliente e funzionale, a pochi passi dal mare e da Procchio. Lo spazio esterno affaccia sul giardino alla fine del quale si trova il mare, offrendo la possibilità di godere di magnifici tramonti e serate. Enrica è una padrona di casa discreta ed attenta ad ogni necessità. Una sistemazione assolutamente da consigliare.

Herrliches Domizil zum Wohlfühlen

Sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse und Garten in Meeresnähe auf Elba- als Familie war es für uns perfekt, weil jeder einen idyllischen Aufenthalts und Rückzugsplatz finden konnte und doch alle am großen Tisch zu den Mahlzeiten zusammentrafen- das gesamte Haus ist charmant und mediterran gestaltet - man könnte das ganze Jahr dort formidabel wie zuhause leben

La maison est très jolie, bien équipé avec un grand jardin et une grande terrasse. Emplacement idéal pres de la plage et du village. Accueil très gentil, disponible a notre arrivée. L'ile est magnifique. Super!
