Classic 12 South Bungalow

This classic 3 bedroom, 1920's bungalow is located in the 12 South neighborhood, just an easy walk from many shops, bars, and restaurants. The house has 3 bedrooms which includes a spacious king suite and bath upstairs, while two queen bedrooms share a common bath downstairs. If your group needs more room, there is an attached studio at the back of the house that we also rent (extra $200/nt), which includes a king bed and kitchenette. It's called the 12 South Cottage.
**Please note: The main house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and is priced as such. The house has beautiful hard wood floors throughout. This charming home is in the heart of the 12 South area, a short walk from Belmont and Vanderbilt.

This accommodation is perfect for larger groups. If six, then the main house is perfect. If eight persons, then the cottage adds an additional space that gives one couple a private entrance and space, including a kitchen. If you desire the entire place for eight persons, simply book and we'll work out the details for the cottage.

The house offered great spaces for a small business retreat. The location was perfect, one block from Frothy Monkey coffee shop and Postino wine bar for breaks and after work. Cute 12th South shopping was walkable and very close. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe.

Close to everything but far enough out that you can enjoy a small quiet neighborhood. Home very nicely decorated with everything you will need. Beds are very comfortable and the AC blows cold air, which in the summer is a must. We will be back!

Ideal location with ample walkability. There’s a multitude of delightful storefronts, restaurants, ice cream and bakeries nearby. Easy drive or Uber downtown. Safe, quiet with chic decor. We stayed with our two teenagers and they loved shopping on their own on 12th Ave.

Weekend Getaway

We visited Nashville for a long weekend with 3 total couples and this house couldn't have been more perfect! Located in a perfect spot in the 12th South area it's a short walk from multiple great restaurants and shops. The host were very responsive, the house was warm and inviting with great common areas to socialize, and the front porch swing was a great spot to relax. Only a 5-10 minute Uber ride to the Broadway area this is a place we will book again on our next Nashville trip!

Suzy and I moved to Nashville the summer of 2015 and love it! We absolutely love the 12 South area. It's near both Belmont U. and Vandy, so it's a lively, yet quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops easy walking distance.

Why they chose this property

The location is the best! It's a 7-8 minute Uber ride to the downtown area, Ryman, and Broadway where the action is. Music Row, Vanderbilt, and Belmont are walking distance.
