Moray Holiday is a Suffolk coast beach apartment with next to the beach, a quiet spacious apartment with it’s own entrance and exit and private front courtyard and a rear courtyard for garden furniture.
A self-catering for up to 7 (incl. use of travel cot) apartment on England's most easterly coast within seconds from the blue flag beach.

We have an 3 additional apartments in the same building which can be booked together and therefore combined can sleep up to 27 people (including travel cots) just ask for details.

Within close proximity to all of Pakefield, Lowestoft, Kessingland and Oulton Board attractions. Great walks on the Suffolk coast, close to the broads and also driving distance to many beautiful churches and other East Anglian locations such as Norwich.

The property has one bedroom, large double with is at the middle of the apartment and quiet for those light sleepers with a large sofa bed and single/double day bed in the open plan lounge area, the apartment offers a flexible sleeping arrangement for larger groups. Prices shown include the main double bed set-up, a small additional fee of £45 for per additional beds to cover the cleaning and laundry costs will be applied if required and £70 if you want both the bedroom and sofa bed and day bed setting up. We also have a travel cot available to hire at £25 per stay.

Our prices are based on 1-2 persons using the main bedroom, although we can accommodate up to 6-7 (incl. travel cot) for additional costs as above.

Although we have a 2 night minimum on the prices shown, we can book single nights – there is a single night supplement to enable us to cover our costs.

We are open to quoting for longer stays.

Bookings based on a 2pm arrival and a 10am - we can usual accommodate different times – our preference is to meet and greet person guest so we are then able to show you around, but if you need to arrive late or a time which our meet and greet person can't make then we offer a key safe facility.

Subject to availability we can offer a late check out for £35 until no later than 1530 on day of departure.

We have recently been given approval for pets to stay for short stays and charge £35 per pet per stay. We ask pets do not go on beds, sofas or any furniture in the apartment and we increase the security deposit if you have pets staying.

Nightly rates vary over the year due to seasons, demand and we reserve the right to adjust these accordingly.

Please note we have changed the way we take the damage/security deposit, this is done separately to your Airbnb booking so you will need to provide us separately with a credit or debit card to preauthorise, no monies are taken. The base security/damage deposit it £200 and increases with larger groups and/or with dogs staying and further for longer stays of over two weeks. As per our terms you are not limited to this if the costs of damage or other costs are greater as per our terms. We cancel this preauthorisation after we have successfully re-inspected the apartment as per our terms. We will bring this to your attention before we confirm your booking and you run the risk of the booking being cancelled if you do not provide a preauthorisation before you arrive.

We recommend that all guests take out adequate travel insurance and StaySure provide covid19 cover.
