Capistrano Playa 803 by Casasol

Located in the exclusive Capistrano Playa urbanization, this 2-bedroom apartment (1 double bed and 2 single beds) is the perfect summer holiday destination. The place has 2 large private terraces overlooking Burriana beach, the sea, the gardens and the fabulous lake. It also has an ample living room, complete kitchen and a modern bathroom with a large shower.



The apartment is a short walk away from the Burriana beach, where you can get to through a pathway and steps that pass through beautiful gardens. The urbanization also has 3 pools of different depths and the whole area is closed to anyone who is not a resident there. Restaurants and other facilities are nearby and Nerja town is a 20-minute walk away, but there is a bus stop on the same street. Thishis apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.



We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered.



Access to the accommodation is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Burriana is a great area for food and a fantastic beach... It's only a short walk into the beautiful town of Nerja. The view from the villa was spectacular. The site the villa is on is very quiet. The swimming pool and bar/food were perfect

The appartment was nice clean and had everything you need. The terrace was perfect with a really beautiful view! Within 6 minutes walk you’re at the beach or restaurant. 15 minutes walk to the supermarket. The communication with casasol was really nice. They answered quickly. I would really want to go back again!! For the cold days, a thicker blanket for the bed to sleep under.

Excellent property but beware of hills and distance to nerja

Great stay, great property, great view and great service. However, description should be more clear about the extent of incline to the beach and also more realistic about distance to nerja. I am a regular competitive runner and cyclist and whilst the walk to nerja and the beach at buriana was no bother to me, for kids and anyone not very fit, after a couple of days and in heat this would be a challenge and would be unpleasant. Also getting to nerja involves significant hills and is probably closer to a 3km walk. The apartment would very much benefit from having an intro pack, taxi locations, numbers, recommended restaurants, local bus times and locations, sites/excursions etc. We have stayed in numerous villas and apartments and this was the first one we have been in that did not have this sort of pack. All that said, we had a great holiday. Thanks, Tony
