This is the 3rd time we have stayed in this complex I different apartments and again the holiday and accommodation was fab. No air con in apartment which we knew before we went but there was fans that helped.

The location of this property was very good but the host Joao was not very reliable.. we rang him about electricity turning off and he was suppose to come next day with new kettle and he never arrived.. he didn’t even check in with us when we were leaving the property

Hope you have arrived well. When you contact me about the kettle, was 11pm so, was impossible to solve the problem at that time. i was in the apartment and i have tested the kettle and was working well and i know you have used that kettle after the electric situation. And the lectric problem deapear at the same way that arrived (mysterius). About the check out, like you undertand we Manage several properties in Albufeira and Portimão and we are up at 6am and go to bed never after 1am, so, like i inform you at the arrival, we just request that the guest drop the keyus in the kitchen table, this because some of the guests sometimes have earlier flights and we dont want that guests take too much time waiting for us, so, in the end is more easy for you and for us. No Air Con

I have stayed in various apartments in this complex and this was my least favourite, although it was the most expensive. To discover there was no air con I was shocked as each apt I stayed in previously had air con. I should have checked but I just never thought. The apartment was spacious and had everything you needed but definitely in need of a bit of TLC. The patio furniture was rusted and uncomfortable. The sun loungers were so uncomfortable you couldn’t possibly lie on them. There were no instructions on how to use safe, cooker, washing machine. In previous apartments there were instruction manuals with useful information. Most of the mugs were chipped and therefore unusable. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate you could barely see what you were doing. The pool area was very nice with plenty of loungers and a medium sized pool and baby pool. However half way through our holiday the pool attendant banned inflatables and balls which totally ruined the children’s holiday and would put me off staying in this complex again.
