Magnificent quiet Mazet in a small residence with large 16x6m swimming pool located 800m from the beaches and the center.

The Mazet of 95m2 consists of 3 bedrooms. A north bedroom overlooking greenery, with a double bed. A south bedroom with 2 single bunk beds. A south bedroom with double bed and exceptional panoramic view of the sea and of the rider. This last bedroom has a picture window that can be fully opened and gives the impression of sleeping under the stars! A large balcony makes it possible to have breakfast for 2 facing this splendid view.
Possibility of 2 additional beds using the convertible sofa.

The mazet is made up of every comfort, a dining room with large table, a large living room with large screen, wifi connection, bluray player, bluetooth speaker, large sofa (convertible) convertible into a chaise longue! Fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine.

2 large terraces, one to the south and the other to the north west with a large table for 10 people, 4 deckchairs, space to relax, ball games, pétanque or molky.

Take advantage of the large 16mx6m swimming pool with deckchairs provided.

800m from the beach and the center you can access all the shops and leisure facilities on foot.

Wonderful location!

It’s an apartment/condo type place with a shared swimming pool, but it feels more like a house, with several patios. There’s lots of steps to take to get there, so not ADA, but that was not an issue for us. It’s a 15 minute walk to town, beach, etc. Very convenient, quiet, pleasant. Most occupants are French, making for an authentic experience.

Excellent séjour à Cavalaire

Après avoir parcourus 900 kms, nous avons apprécié le confort, la très belle vue sur la mer et le jardin de ce beau mazet. Il était agréable de prendre nos repas dans la véranda et de profiter du soleil en plein mois de décembre. Les chambres à l'étage étaient confortables. Nous avons gardé un excellent souvenir de ces 9 jours de vacances en compagnie de notre petit fils âgé de 2 ans.

Nicht empfehlenswert

Leider sind Bad und Küche nicht nur alt, sondern auch dreckig. Der defekte Luftabzug im innenliegenden Bad sorgt für schwarzen Schimmel, die Fliesen sind teils angebrochen. In beiden Toiletten roch es unangenehm. Auch sehr unsympathisch: bei der Ankunft musste ein Dokument unterzeichnet werden, dass jeden der angeschlagenen Werbe-Kaffeebecher, Gläser etc. aufzählte. Die Terrasse und der Blick vom Schlafzimmer ist schön, die Lage zum Meer und ins Örtchen auch gut. Die Betten waren OK, allerdings musste anders als angegeben für die Bettwäsche extra bezahlt werden. Die Gegend ist schön, ansonsten wären wir früher heim gefahren.

Erholsamer November an der Côte d'Azur

Ein ruhiges Haus in einer größeren, abgeschlossenen Anlage mit herrlichem Ausblick über den Ort und zum Meer. Zu erreichen über ca. 30 Stufen. Komplett ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Ausreichend Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Großes Wohnzimmer und ein Wintergarten, den man zum Essen nutzen kann. (Habe ich zum arbeiten genutzt.) WIFI ausreichend schnell und stabil. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze im Gelände, welches recht steil ist. Gastgeber hatte sogar zusätzlich eine Garage zum Abstellen der Fahrräder bereitgestellt. Bis zum Ort (z.B. Bäcker) läuft man 10 min - bis ins Zentrum / Strand ca. 15 min. Dort gibt es auch ausreichend Restaurants.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir waren mit 7 Personen in dem Haus und hatten genügend Platz. Hinter dem Haus ist ein schöner Garten mit großem Tisch, Liegestühlen und einem Grill. Auf der Südseite des Hauses liegt auch noch eine schöne kleine Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht über die Hecke. Die Vermieter sind nett. Alles war sauber. Wir haben Bettwäsche dazu gebucht und das war gut so, denn unsere eigenen Bettbezüge hätten bei den Doppelbetten nicht auf das französische Plumeau-Maß gepasst (große Doppeldecke). Den nächsten Bäcker erreicht man mit 15 Minuten Fußweg. Man kann gut zu Fuß zum Markt oder an den Strand (20 -25 Minuten Fußweg).

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Unterkunft

Wir haben in Cavalaire-sur-Mer einen tollen Urlaub erlebt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Residenz am oberen Rand sehr ruhig und von dem oberen Raum mit einem tollen Blick über Cavalaire-sur-Mer. Die tolle Lage bringt mit sich dass man eine Steigung und eine Treppe vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus überwinden muss. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Terrassen und der Kakteengarten sind klasse. Manko waren für uns lediglich die Betten, da sie sehr kurz sind. Große Menschen können darin nur diagonal liegend schlafen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer über WhatsApp erreichbar. Sie haben auf Anfragen unmittelbar reagiert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub

Ein schönes Urlaubsziel

In Cavalaire sur Mer haben wir zehn Tage verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. In der Wohnung ist hübsch und gepflegt und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Für die Kinder ist der Swimmingpool perfekt, auch wenn es für den Stand vielleicht zu bedeckt ist. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu erleben und wunderschöne Strände. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und die An- und Abreise mit den freundlichen Vermietern hat reibungslos funktioniert. Vielen Dank

Schönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Blick und großartigen Pool

Wir fanden das Grundstück nach kurzer Irritation durch die falsche Geoposition in der FeWo-Karte durch die Eingabe der korrekten Adresse und einer Nachfrage bei den Gastgebern. Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich circa sieben Häuser mit mehreren Parkplätzen und Garagen geschützt durch ein codegesichertes Tor. Das Haus war schöner und größer als es auf den Fotos erschien. Der Pool ist großartig (im vorderen Teil für Schwimmanfänger geeignet, aber auch zum Bahnen schwimmen im tollen Blumenambiente). Hinter dem Haus ist ein Kakteengarten und das Haus selbst ist umgeben von Blütenpflanzen. Die Küche bietet sämtliche Utensilien und das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und modern stilvoll eingerichtet. Im südlichen Schlafzimmer ist die Matratze etwas weich, im Kinderzimmer mit dem Stockbett sowie im hinteren Schlafzimmer von normaler Härte (H2), dort schliefen wir alle gut. Bis zur Strandpromenande muss man circa 10 bis 15 Minuten den Hügel hinunterlaufen, wer das nicht möchte/kann findet an der Promenade aber auch Parkplätze. Bei den Stränden vor Ort findet jeder einen passenden Abschnitt, sowohl Abschnitt ohne Wellengang für kleine Kinder (direkt an der Promenade), aber auch recht natürlich wirkende Abschnitte und auch Abschnitte speziell für Wassersportler*innen sind vorhanden. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

La location était parfaitement conforme à la description : très bon emplacement avec une magnifique vue, location spacieuse, au calme et à 10min à pied du centre et de la plage.
