Upon arrival, you will feel right at home in the main room with its inviting queen bed, plus a cable TV with HBO, free high-speed WiFi, and a soft couch near the window. A small table with two chairs serves as a snappy space for sharing vacation stories over lunch or dinner. The kitchenette includes a stove top, coffee maker, slim fridge, sink, and a microwave. In the morning, feel free to take your breakfast and coffee outside on the balcony to welcome a new and exciting day on the Emerald Coast.

This is a perfect arrangement for a young family or a few friends to enjoy budget-friendly lodging without sacrificing comfort and amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
