Authentic Savoyard Chalet

An authentic Savoyard chalet, fully equipped, with a total area of 200 m2 giving pride of place to volume and light, offering an authentic and warm interior with a beautiful view of the mountain and the Dent d'Oche.

Built on 3 levels, it is composed:
- on level 0, a bedroom, a bathroom, toilet and laundry room.
- on the 1st level of a large living room, dining room, kitchen and wc
- on the second level 3 bedrooms all opening onto a balcony, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.
Bernex ski resort (10 min), Chatel (25 min, Portes du Soleil area, (connection with Morzine-Avoriaz), Evian-les-Bains (15 min)

The wood stove in the living room cannot be used.

In high season, reservations are made from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights minimum)
Exceptionally given the dates of Christmas 2022, reservations will be made from Sunday to Sunday

Cancellation policy: in the event that it is impossible to get to the chalet due to confinement, the reservation will be fully canceled and refunded.

un tres bon sejour en montagne

outre l attrait exceptionnel du lac leman nous avons profité de grand nombre de sites intéressants le chalet est confortable malgré quelques imperfections mais rien de rédhibitoire nous recommandons pour l espace et le souci du détail dans la décoration ainsi que le confort et le calme du lieu

Het chalet is nog mooier dan ik had gedacht. Wat een uitzicht! Zeer smaakvol ingericht. Ruim, schoon en volledig ingericht met wat je nodig hebt. Supermarkt is in de buurt. Verreweg het mooiste verblijf waar ik ooit ben geweest. Bedankt Riva voor deze mooie ervaring.

Chalet conforme à la description. Très agréable, propre. A 10 minutes d'une petite station familiale (adeptes des grands domaines s'abstenir). Seul petit bémol, aucune insonorisation (il est nécessaire de très bien s'entendre si on part entre amis). Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.

Chalet très agréable, bien orienté et ensoleillé. La vue est magnifique, pièce de vie spacieuse. Très belles ballades à faire, intéressant en l'absence de ski! Equipement en vaisselle suffisant, un petit bémol pour la gazinière et le four, absence de micro-onde. Sinon c'est parfait!

Chalet très agréable et spacieux

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans ce chalet de Vinzier. Le chalet est très bien équipé et décoré; nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand espace de la salle de séjour et la terrasse pour dîner dehors. Nos grands ados ont bien profité des deux grands canapés, de la connexion internet et du système télé+son! L'environnement du chalet est très calme, avec une superbe vue depuis les balcons! Très bien situé pour découvrir à la fois les rives du Lac Léman et les vallées alpines d'Abondance, d'Aulps ou Avoriaz. Des vacances pour tous les goûts...

Séjour très agréable dans une belle région. Le chalet à été un vrai plus dans notre séjour. Nous le recommandons vivement aux personnes désireuses de visiter aussi bien les contours du lac Léman que de randonner en montagne....

Chalet traditionnel bien placé à Vinzier

Beau chalet traditionnel bien placé pour faire des balades dans les alpages. Les équipements étaient OK. Petite difficulté pour nous concernant la gazinière traditionnelle aussi et on n'était pas habitué aux bouteilles de gaz à gérer. Chambres très propres, salles de bain très cosi, grande salle de séjour très agréable. Bon séjour et bons souvenirs.
