Great place for quiet street lovers

The apartment is located near the supermarket and the beach. It was comfortable to stay because there were no restaurants and bars in the street. Alicia was friendly and helpful when she met us. The AC worked properly. It would be great if you renovated the bathroom( washing facilities)

Bonito y acogedor

Todo excepto el aseo, demasiado pequeño. El aseo es muy pequeño, se podría mejorar con algunas perchas y un estante o mueble pequeño, el lavabo es muy pequeño no cabe nada y no se puede dejar sobre el,un vaso para el cepillo de dientes

Lovely apartment in the great location

The appartment is cosy and located in the quiet neighborhood. Threre are many grocery stores nearby. Alicia was very friendly and helpful. It would be great if you added a knife sharpener(the knives were blunt) , a grater and a kettle.

Понравился очень продуманный подход владельца апартаментов - имеется абсолютно всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания, учтена каждая мелочь, которая может потребоваться, полное ощущение родного дома. Чистота на высшем уровне! Рядом два супермаркета: прогулочным шагом одну минуту до одного и менее пяти минут до другого. Плюс в этом же здании прекраснейшая кафе-пекарня, в лучших традициях пекарного производства! До пляжа 10 минут, но это не напрягает вообще, зато по ночам очень тихо, спокойному сну ничего не мешает! Менеджер Алисия - ВЫСШИЙ КЛАСС, очень гостеприимна и дружелюбна с искренним желанием помочь! С удовольствием уже порекомендовал эти апартаменты для отдыха своим друзьям и буду рекомендовать в дальнейшем! Желание вернуться самому - 100% Нет такого!

Alojamiento Perfecto

Me ha gustado mucho el apartamento. De hecho casi lo utilizaria para vivir. Para lo que fui hacer a Gandia, ubicacion y comodidad perfecta. Poco habria que mejorar, el aire a condicionado sacaba agua, perl sera de la condensacion. Algun cubierto mas y alguna sarten que no se pegase la comida.

Очень удобное расположение

Чистые, очень удобные апартаменты, удачно спланированные, полностью оборудованные, отлично для семьи из 3-4 человек. Хорошее расположение: в пешей доступности супермаркеты, порт, променад, автобусные остановки, воскресный рынок. Тихий район. До пляжа максимум 10 минут пешком. Всё очень понравилось. Единственный небольшой минус: шумоизоляция. Улучшить шумоизоляцию. Но это скорее всего конструктивная особенность здания. Гейзерная кофеварка у нас была не в очень хорошем состоянии, пришлось купить свою (это совсем мелочь).
