Amarilla Golf Villas is a stunning new development of villas. This particular property has been further updated in 2024!

Set in an unrivalled location the development offers wonderful views over the golf course, down to the sea and the marina. The development stands out as one of the best in the area and is definitely for the more discerning holiday maker.
Each unit has been furnished to a very high standard and offers the ultimate in comfort.

This particular 4 bed penthouse has a huge sunny south facing terrace where you can stretch out in private and enjoy absolutely stunning views over the golf course to the sea and marina. There aren't too many better places to be!
There is also a gorgeous pool (solar heated) and a gym area overlooking the golf course and the sea.
There are 4 bedrooms. 1 has a kingsize bed and ensuite. The other three have twin beds, 2 of which have ensuites.
The living room has two very comfortable sofas. The TV has a unique system picking up 100's of channels around the world including Russian, Spanish, German and full UK TV with films and sport.
Free Wi-Fi (Fibre) is available throughout.
The well equipped kitchen offers everything required for dining in.
Amarilla Golf Villas is set on the edge of Amarilla and Golf Del Sur. A 10 minute walk from the development is the marina that separates the resorts. Here you will find some lovely sea front restaurants and bars. Some bars have nightly entertainment. The marina also has a small, mainly shingle beach.
Further into the resort of Golf Del Sur, the San Blas Commercial Centre offers 3 pretty squares lined with bars, restaurants, shops etc. Many of the restaurants have live acts.
Major attractions such as Siam Park and Jungle Park are within a 15 minute drive.
Los Cristianos and Los Americas are a 20 minute drive away.

The air conditioning is available during Summer only (June to Sept). Heating is provided if needed in the winter.

None of the units have washing machines but we do have an on-site laundry service. For the current price of 20 Euros, a staff member will collect a full bag of laundry from you, wash it and return to you.

We stayed at this apartment over Christmas and had a really great experience. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The pool and pool bar were a real highlight — great atmosphere and fantastic service throughout our stay.We did have a small issue with the hot water, but it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.

Lovely stay

Very smart apartment set in an excellent position. Lovely views from all sides either sea and golf or Mount Teide to the other side. Staff were very helpful and the 19 Hole bar on site was a good addition.

Really disapointed about ou week in Amarilla 4 Unit

Here is the list of problems encountered: Elevator out of order the first two days. No hot water all week. No water at all on Thursday afternoon. Automatic lighting on the terrace that stays on all night and lights up the rooms. Curtains of the room which are not correctly hung anymore. Absence of a shower panel on the three planned, while taking a shower one sprinkles the bathroom. A door of access to the terrace which cannot be closed any more. Drawer of the furniture of the big bathroom which is broken. Toilet paper holder that is not well attached to the wall and is rusty. Electrical outlet on the terrace with exposed cables and absence of the protective box (extremely dangerous for children!) . Apartment more or less clean but presence of cockroaches in various places.

Großes Appartement, leider mit vielen kaputten und dreckigen Möbeln.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Leider hat das Inserat hier nicht gestimmt. Es ist keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, es gibt einen Wäscheservice, das war nicht eindeutig beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist riesig, der Blick fantastisch, man darf aber nicht in die Ecken gucken. Die Küchenplatte ist aufgegangen , die Fußleisten stehen ab. Die Fenster sind bei Sturm nicht dicht genug, es zieht durch die Wohnung. Die Möbel sind zum Teil alt und schäbig. Die Matratzen hatten Flecken , die Kissen waren sehr hart und klein. Die Couchen und Kissen sind fleckig. In einem Bad kam warmes Wasser erst nach 5 Minuten, im anderen Bad war das Wasser extrem heiß und man konnte die Temperatur kaum regulieren. Der Pool ist solarbeheizt und somit nicht wirklich warm sondern kalt. Es gab keine richtige Abnahme zum Ende, ich habe den Schlüssel nur den Putzfrauen übergeben. Ich empfehle hier dringend das Inserat anzupassen. Die Bar am Pool und der Blick über den Golfplatz bis zum Atlantik waren aber absolut toll und wer keinen Wert auf eine hohe Qualität der Innenausstattung legt, kann hier einen tollen Urlaub verbringen.

Fantastic Property

When we arrived we used the recommended car service lynn was prompt and very informative recommend her to anyone who books at the property, we were greeted at the bar as we arrived early than the check in time nothing was too much trouble and was made to feel welcome while we waited for the property to be made ready, very clean when we arrived and had a lovely break in the most comfortable bed I have slept in being 6ft 8in, the bar and restaurant was well stocked and the food was amazing. I played golf while I was there and the course was very well maintained and had some of the most amazing views of the tees testing but fun to play but would recommend playing after 3 as it is nearly half price. There are some lovely bars and restaurants near to the accommodation in walking distance and a supermarket in a cab for your shopping. Highly recommend to family and friends and will definitely be staying again in the near future hopefully in the new apartment on the roof
